Wandering Prince Rupert while on a visit recently and I found this little cafe right on the water front, lunch was served by the owner and the food, service and location were great. Chowder supremely tasty and warming on a chilly day (for me) sat outside...looking out over the bay and the little harbour. Recommend it for sure!

Food was very good with reasonable prices. Homemade pasta was awesome, and the chocolate meringue dessert was so yummy ! Service was very slow but we were in no hurry so that was not a problem.

I think this is the best Restaurant in Rupert. I've spent most of the Summer working in Rupert and this was my favourite. The Dishes are delicious, they like to create and they succeed. The Menu is small and manageable and mostly Italian. Appetizers, main Course, desserts, the Wine list all good. Staff is also very good, attentive and friendly... More

The cuisine is absolutely delicious. The view over the harbour only ads to the experience. A great find in a great small city.

It is basically a posts restaurant but do have fish. Although the fish is caught and landed 25m from the door, they price it as if it comes from the other side f the world. We feel they take advantage of the tourist in this regard.

We were surprised to find out this unassuming looking "cafe" was actually an upscale (small) restaurant. Reservations are suggested. The small outdoor seating area provides sweeping views of the water. Food was good (albeit a bit on the expensive side). If you're expecting a Denny's style cafe, you will be in for sticker-shock... but the food and views are worth... More

Enjoyed the menu, - some classics as well as some unique choices - local food, well prepared. Great service too. We were late for our dinner because the boat we were on arrived in late - they kept the kitchen open and did not make us feel rushed in anyway. Lovely evening. Prawns with artichoke and wild mushroom linguine was... More

We agree with the other reviews: quaint, good food, great view of the local fishing fleet from their deck-up close and personal. Eat outside if you can. We were there in the mid-afternoon and so we had pizza. Nice thin crust and very tasty. Menu pricing will get your attention, but we definitely would go back.
