Found this gem of a restaurant on a cold winter evening while business travelling. Was looking for an early dinner before an evening meeting. 5 pm on a Wednesday and there was a line up to get seated! The locals had reservations! It's pasta night!! The homemade pasta is on special on Wednesday. Delicious menu, terrific salads and mains, super... More

We had a really wonderful lunch with fresh pasta made daily, sangria, Mediterranean fries, and dessert. I will be returning next time I am in PG.

On a warm summer night sitting sipping the wine special, we looked forward to our steak dinner. We each ordered a different steak and both were delicious. We were too full to order dessert but they sounded good. We will make this restaurant a definite stop on our next visit to Prince George.

It's kind of tucked in the middle of downtown but the service and the food is unbelievable. Our friends took us there for lunch because they like it so much, and now we do too. Can't wait for the next trip to PG.

I would like to have had ribs and spaghetti, but that wasn't on the menu, and there was no accommodating that combination. The meal was OK, and the service was good.

The fresh, hand-made pasta at Cimo will ruin you for the boxed stuff you boil at home. I'm not normally much of a pasta lover, but Cimo's is amazing. Every time I'm there, I have to order the portabella tagliolini. So amazing!

If you love Pasta, then I'd move it up to excellent, other than that, it's good food, I just think the value isn't there in a price/quality/trade off. Never had a horror story there though. Always nice staff, food hot.

I went to this restaurant on Victoria Avenue in Prince George on a Tuesday night, so an off night. Bill for soup and bread, main and 1/2 litre of wine came to $35.60. The first course was cream of tomato soup and focaccia bread (two pieces). The soup was good. It could have used something like chopped fresh basil to... More
