This is THE spot!!!

Nancy O's was recommended to us by Michelle at the Visitor Centre. She was spot on! The service was very friendly and efficient. The food and drink were great. I'm only sorry that we couldn't stay for the Band. So good, we went back for a second night's dinner. The first night was no fluke!

An excellent selection of menu items and beer and drinks; and special of the day was delish. We tried it out on our travels from Alaska to Texas; and would stop in again if in the neighborhood. The location of it was tricky to find but probably not for the locals. The staff were friendly and pleasant.

A great place to stop in for some seriously tasty food, a great beer selection, and some awesome live music. You wouldn't expect a place like this is a town like PG - it seemed to be the only thing open on the street past 5pm.

We stopped here after a long day of driving, and were rewarded with some great food, prompt and friendly service, and an impressive beer list. I had the chicken and waffles, and it was one of the best examples I've ever tasted. It was fresh and crispy, not too oily and matched with a strip of smoky bacon and sweet... More

I began by sending an email after finding Nancy O's on a 'gluten free restaurant in Prince George' internet search. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response from the owner/manager Eoin Foley (pronounced 'Owen') who gave some great suggestions for GF meals. He has a new GF menu for summer 2015 including GF breads for wonderful burgers (I had... More

Liked - atmosphere - prompt service Disliked - food (wings, fries) - prices I wasnt a big fan of Nancy O's. I felt the wings were subpar and the fries were average. I felt like I was eating food from Costco for double the price. Good service and a decent atmosphere during our visit was a plus. We haven't been... More

Like bacon and maple syrup, oxymorons, and bathtub radio, the many layers of Nancy O’s shouldn’t work together, but they do. It’s a culinary bouillabaisse of chaotic ideas. It’s a pub, a bistro, a café, a hipster hangout, and a theater, a place that, if it existed a half-century ago, would’ve seen the likes of Allen Ginsburg, Jack Kerouac, or... More

I would have to rate this from average to very good. Interior looks worn; food quality is good. Order at counter/bar & they deliver to your table. Self serve for water. 3 person lunch cost $45.00.

Stopped here on recommendation from a local who suggested it was pub style. I would agree that the atmosphere is pub style with lots of drinks to choose from, friendly staff and service. It is s great place to socialize with a great selection of drinks to choose from. However, the menu has limited options, smaller portions, and a higher... More
