The service is top notch and the food matches. I also love the cozy atmosphere and decor. Reservations are recomended, as it can get pretty busy. Great selection of wine from local wineries and afar. The bathrooms are also very clean. Located in downtown Penticton, its a short walk to the beach to walk off the amazing meal!

It is a small restaurant with tons of flavour. I recommend you book ahead, it is worth it. I went with a party of 8 and everyone enjoyed their meal, even my princess. Great atmosphere and located in downtown penticton.

We showed up on a Friday night around 8 and were seated right away in the very back corner of the restaurant, which was ok as it was quieter. It took over 10 minutes to get service but she was friendly and pleasant when she finally arrived. I asked to try a sample of their teriyaki parmesan sauce and was... More

A very busy restaurant, reservations would be wise. It was absolutely delicious, even for a non-pasta lover. The wine was exquisite as well. A great dining experience, but more expensive than I felt justified for pasta. Pasta lovers would not be disappointed.

There was quite the wait, so we decided to have a drink at the bar while we waited for a table. Long story short the gal at the bar provided such great service at the bar we had her order our meal to eat at the bar. Her attention to us and checking on us to make sure all was... More

If you want good pasta, I highly recommend the Pasta Factory. I never have to look at the menu, I always order the Salmon Affunicato. Whenever I deviate I am always disappointed, because the Salmon is soooooooooo good! My husband varies his selection and is never disappointed. I have noticed that their prices have been going up over the past... More

The Pasta Factory is not just about pasta, although their meals are so delicious and unique. Try the Sunday Brunch and you are bound to be surprised with the personal attention you receive and the wide assortment of delicious food and drinks.

Been going to this restaurant over the many years it's been in Penticton, but the past few years the quality has been way down. It used to be a lot better. Long story short, we decided to give it another try after not going for about a year. Ordered take out and proceeded to get the worst food poisoning ever.... More
