The sushi was wonderful and Charlie is very attentive. He makes our 83 year old mother feel super special every time we go. I so recommend!

I have never really gotten into eating Japanese food, my daughter took me there and now I am hooked, cannot wait to go back. I wasn't sure of the food so I satay end in my element by ordering Wonton soup. My god it is the best soup I have tasted, since leaving Vancouver. My daughter ordered our rolls and... More

Ginza has a large selection of food on it's menu. The hardest decision is what to eat. We were greeted upon entering the building and were directed upstairs. On our way to the second floor we were greeted a second time and directed to a table that would seat the four of us. Explanation of the various dishes was provided... More

I didn't stay for long, I rushed in and asked whether it was possible to get it to go. They nodded and we went ahead with the menu, selecting whatever looked neat or different. The Volcano Roll in particular was very nice, and I loved the deep-fried California roll, what a treat. Nothing incredible, but good sushi no less. I... More

The atmosphere is fantastic and the staff are VERY friendly, everyone greeted us even the chef and everyone said good-bye as well. Very authentic feeling decor and the food is presented quickly, professionally and looks amazing; not to mention that the crab is actually REAL! Amazing truly, if you're in Penticton and are looking for sushi, DEFINITELY give them a... More

Today was my second time at Ginza and it confirmed that this is definitely a go to place for sushi in Penticton. It was very busy for a Thursday evening and I was seated upstairs. Service was a bit slow as they were so busy, but the staff was working very hard and were very friendly. I ordered gomae, a... More

I've been to Ginza many times with my family and we go back whenever the mood for Japanese food strikes. There is quite a bit of selection and their rolls are very good. This is my go-to place for Japanese food in the Okanagan. The staff is friendly. I've never been disappointed eating here.

This is my go to for Japanese cuisine in town. It's never let me down. Great decor and friendly passionate staff. The sushi and wonton soup are excellent. Highly recommended. Great place to take a date or with friends!

Went for lunch and really enjoyed the bento boxes. The food was hot and really good - nice use of spices. Friendly staff - nice decor in an old house just off main street.

We are basically chicken when it comes to trying new restaurants. Too many disappointing meals, so we tend to stay with what we know. While enjoying Penticton's Saturday farmers market, we happened to walk by the Ginza location. Being hungry, we decided to be adventuresome for a change and give it a try. Were we impressed!! Neat atmosphere in a... More
