The Bench Market is set at the entrance to the much-travelled Naramata Bench winery route. The Bench offers daily light breakfast, weekend brunch, baked goods, gourmet lunch, takeaway meals, catering, and grocery - along with the best coffee in town, made using locally-roasted organic beans from Backyard Beans in Summerland. The healthy menu items are made from scratch using fresh, local ingredients. All meats and eggs are from BC-raised, ethically treated animals. And the shelves are stocked with a wide variety of unique, artisan grocery items. Stop by and see how we're "keeping it local and making it fresh!"

a Treasure!

We enjoy the great tea's at the Bench, especially the London Fog. Delicious. Go for the largest (20oz), best deal. Lots of great deli items for breakfast and lunch. Great staff, always laughing and smiling!

We enjoyed sitting on the patio and having our breakfast . The granola and yogurt bowl was yummy and even the multigrain toast tasted good.

Great coffee! We enjoyed coffee on their patio and took a couple of very delicous muffins home with us for breakfast! Try the blackberry peach - yummy!

We had a picnic lunch from here - provided by Dino at Grape Escapes and it was outstanding!! The chicken sandwich is to die for. Wish we had learned about it at the beginning of our trip, I'm sure we would have gone here multiple times.

A friend and I ate here for lunch. The food was fresh and very tasty! We both had a difficult time choosing our meals as everything sounded fantastic. Service was friendly and they were even more than happy to cater to my friend's very specific food allergy. I wish I had discovered this place earlier in our visit as I... More

We had heard good things about this place and we weren't disappointed. The coffee was delicious and the service was very prompt. Grab a muffin for the road because they are a meal in them selves.

I went to lunch with a couple of friends on August 11 and specifically asked for "strictly" gluten free options. The person taking orders asked if I wanted gluten free bread or the gluten free ciabatta option and I chose the later. After eating and just sitting having conversation, I wondered why I was starting to feel tired and perspiring... More

Nice outdoor patio, and some indoor seating. Great soups and baked goodies. Nice selection of drinks. Some grocery and take-away items available also, if you don't want to eat there.
