The best bread and bakery we've ever tasted! All varieties of bread and goodies, every one is heavenly.
Oh my God, their dark rye bread was probably sent from heaven. I am not sure what the baker does with the crust but it is the best ever. I grew up in Europe, so I am familiar with different kinds of European bread. Wouda's dark rye would win a competition with the best tasting and best crust bread, and... More
Wouda's Bakery, although somewhat difficult to locate - it is inside a mini-mall with 2 other food stores sharing the same common entranceway - is a fine family café-style bakery featuring fabulous French boulangerie-patisserie fare, to authentic dutch pancakes, home-made paninis and soups and specialty hot and cold drinks. The owner-operators come from a long line of Bakers, as is... More
Stopped by for breakfast and were delighted by the freshness and 'real bread' flavor and texture to the bakery goodies. Lots of variety and delicious pastries, helpful and friendly staff, a real gem.

We didn't eat in the bakery, though they have... More

Since this was my first time to Wouda’s, I wanted to find something healthy-ish for breakfast but the allure of the whole cherry pie called out to me. With table seating available in the bakery, I decided to tuck into... More

Located in the Apple Plaza in Penticton, Wouda's is one of the best...if not the best...bakeries in town. The twisted cheese buns are awesome. Everything is fresh and tasty. It is a nice place to go and have a bowl of soup and bun. It is very popular with the locals which is always a good sign. Certain popular items... More
