Expensive,luckily I wasn't paying . Great service .

Way beyond our budget traveler price range , fortunately we were being treated for dinner. Everyone enjoyed our meals , the food was delicious. As with a few of these mid range restaurants with fine dining prices it seems the presentation supersedes volume. All our plates looked wonderful, but for... read more

This restaurant is wonderful. Situated in a hotel and right on the Fraser River. It is on the Quay Boardwalk so you can go for a stroll after dinner..... Across the street from the Westminster Skytrain station - cinemas and more.

Three of us went for a late lunch on a Friday. The location overlooking the Fraser River is stunning. That is really all that was stellar about our visit. Two of us ordered the same, Caesar salad with a bowl of chowder. Both soups were barely warm. The salad portion was below average. The third dish, fish tacos lacked flavor.... More

this was the worst experience ive ever had. Took way too long to get our food, didnt clear plates, helped other table around us. When we complained they didnt change anything. When I complained a 2nd time, one of the served laughed at me! so disrespectful and unclassy

I stayed at an apartment near the sky train station and tried out a few restaurants near by. I'm a seafood fan so i went between 4 -6 pm (happy hours) to get oysters and other apptiz. You can only order happy hour food with a drink so I had a cocktail- it was good. But the "fresh" oysters were... More

The setting of the hotel is nice.. right on the pier, and it looks great! After that... not so much. We were a group of five that came for dinner, after 6pm. Seemed alright.. then the server took our drink orders... and took 10minutes to come to the table. We then order food. Food take's about 30mins to come out...... More

Pretty average place and food. Nice decor and comfy seats. Lots of TVs with sports on. Friendly staff and reasonably priced for the area. Only had a appetizer sweet chili chicken and only real complaint was a bit too much sauce. Their version of the caesar wasn't the greatest.

So glad to have this rather upscale restaurant in New Westminster. Upscale for the river-front setting and decor, but lacking a little on the food side. Nothing particularly wrong, and some of their dishes are decent to very good. Just a little consistency issue when you order the same dish one time and it comes out differently during your next... Boathouse has great quality seafood, most people know that. Do they always get it right? No. I ordered the seared tuna, it came with a buerre blanc, veggies and roasted potatoes.. first off it was a chunk of tuna, they could've been a little more classy, given that chunk and diagonal cut, presented it a bit different. They did not... More

Food is always good at this restauant; great ; location on Boardwalk. Lunch was typically quiet so it provided time to visit, Staff very attentive but not oppresive.
