Great vegetarian and vegan choices. The desserts are to die for. Smoothies and power drinks as well. Love this place, although it is a bit costly, the food is excellent.

Been here lots. Pizzas are good, falafel wrap good but too salty for my taste but still would order. Juices are good but mine are better :-) Too much froth. Please wear gloves after touching money and then my veggies! :-) Goodies are yummy. Only place where I know my tummy will be happy.

My husband and I popped in here before catching the ferry back to Vancouver and I am so glad we did! I got the raw BBQ pizza and the raw Nanaimo Bar Cheesecake. The cheesecake was one of the best raw desserts i've ever had! For one who can not eat wheat, dairy, refined sugar, or corn, this place was... More

Stopped here for some fresh juice for myself and smoothies for the kids. Wow, the best smoothies they've ever had and delicious juice. Only downside is the price. Even more than I've ever paid in VAncouver for a similar juice/smoothie. I think the drinks were $7 each... so a little crazy. But all is freshly made and absolutely delicious and... More

I enjoyed my pad Thai salad and my shake. The food is very fresh and tasty. It comes at a very expensive price. It is as filling as a salad can be and is very healthy. I would eat here again.

Really good smoothies, but the deserts knocked my socks over! A bit pricey but really sparked my interest - no gluten, no dairy, no sugar but yummy! Very rich tasting

My friend is a master baker and wanted to cut out sugar. (Good Idea!) So in support I brought home a hazel nut coconut cream pie!! OMG!!! My friend said "what taste!" I said the hazel nut or the coconut? She said "BOTH!!!" She went on to comment "How can they make it taste so good? Make it so rich... More

If you like a fresh squeezed juice, this is the place to get it in Nanaimo. Also, try their raw pad Thai salad. You will be amazed that the 'noodles' are actually made of zucchini that has been spiralled out into a noodle shape. It will blow your mind that raw food could taste that good. The only drawback is... More

If you are looking for healthy snack or meal or drink or dessert, this nice little place is worth a try. A little pricey but you pay for good healthy food, right? Love that they also make kale chips with difft flavours and yummy healthy cakes and pies. Mm! Mm! I had their hazelnut vegan pie and a slice would... More

I thought we created great tasting healthy 'raw food' at home. This opinion has to be seriously revised having eaten at the Power House Living Foods restaurant today. The food was excellent. I had the Sweet Onion Wrap and my wife had the Taco Salad. Every mouthful was delicious and a pleasure. The owner Toni spent time answering our questions... More
