Gio Bean has moved down the street closer to the Delta Grand Hotel since I last visited in 2011. The coffee is still the best in Kelowna, the atmosphere always inviting. I only wish I had had enough room to try the gelato now on offer, oh well, maybe next year! Kudos to Giovanni and all the friendly staff.

Gio is a lovely Italian man who brings his love for good coffee and good food to Kelowna. The atmosphere is always upbeat and happy here. The service is exceptional. The espresso is the best in town. The croissants and scones are melt in your mouth fresh. Sometimes I plan my errands around Gio's! I love to sit here and... More

The coffee, the pastries, and the gelato got us visit this lovely place daily during our one week vacation. The owner definitely shows pride of his Italian roots.

A great cup of coffee served with Italian pride. We enjoyed sitting under the linden trees sipping our coffees, a truly relaxing start to a vacation morning. The baked goods are better than average, I loved the buttery cherry scone and the sandwiches are good for picnics. I strongly recommend Gio's.

This place is okay, and popular with tourists. The coffee is fine, but the food wasn't so good the day we went. The bread was kind of stale, and the fillings nothing to write home about. We were hoping for paninis, but there were just the sandwiches in the fridge. The patio is nice, however. If you are looking for... More

We were told to try a place called Tim Hortins and we ended up getting a good laugh, then the Delta staff recommended Gio Bean and Canada redeemed itself. The owner made the coffee himself and thanked us! What a great start to a great day in Kelowna.

Had a chai latte (not the best i've had) and a cherry scone that was delicious. A good stop to get a snack =)

Food and coffee are decent but very pricy. Although, they do have the best gelato that's worth the try.

Always a very friendly place to meet friends for some of the best types of coffee in town. Gio will greet you like a true Italian does. It should be considered as a small piece of Italy in downtown Kelowna!
