I used to work for both their locations (Westside and Downtown Kelowna) and I still enjoy eating there. As an employee I was able to see that the ingredients they use are fresh and kitchen is clean. They have the best roll in town: The Cowboy Roll (Tuna)... it is huge and super spicy. The owners are not exactly customer... More

The service was good and the girl who served us was so nice. Best tempura and at a surprisingly good price for the buffet. The buffet seemed to contain a random selection and some things were not available. If they could expand their selection a bit then it would be great.

Great food but a little pricey. Rolls have interesting delicious combinations.

The waitress assured us there was more food coming. They never came to replenish some of the trays the whole time we... More

We go to Ginza almost once a week for our sushi fix. The lunch buffet has great variety, miso, sunomono, salad buffet. Hot buffet of teriyaki, noodles, gyoza, spring rolls, tempura, rice, veggies. And best of all an entire bar of sushi rolls and sashimi that is constantly being made by at least two chefs right in front of you.... More

Disappointing is the only word I can think of to describe how I felt when I ate at Ginza recently. I am an avid sushi fan. I love sushi. I checked this place out and was disappointed by not only their food, but by their waitresses. I appreciate when waitresses check on me every once in awhile but god forbid,... More
