Fresh, not pre-packaged

Although the place is not classy by any means, the fish is fresh and cook perfect every time. Nothing worse than ordering pre-frozen, pre battered fish (like the other place in town, yuk). You won't get that here. Everything is cooked fresh, from the cod and halibut to the oysters and scallops... read more

Two small pieces of halibut and a dozen fries for $21.99. Too expensive! Coleslaw was not good either.

My wife and I wanted fish and chips so we walked a few blocks to Cap'n Sharky's. We sat down and the table was dirty so we asked that it be wiped. This made it worse as the cloth used was even dirtier than the table. We asked that a clean cloth be used and this was better. My wife... More

I am a fairly regular visitor to Cap'n Sharky's. I have probably had lunch here (and at their other, former location across from Canadian Tire in Aberdeen) at least 20 times over the years. The restaurant is clean, the waitresses have always been friendly and efficient, the service from the kitchen is very fast. The coleslaw which seems to accompany... More

I picked this place off the back of a map purely because I wanted fish and chips. It was delicious and the service was great. If you want fast food fish and chips you probably cant bear it - great prices too

If one is going to eat fried food against their better judgement then this is the place to do it. Fish and chips are fresh and good. The fish is not overly battered and the fries are freshly made...coleslaw is good. Not a fancy place but for fish and chips cravings it fits the bill. Reasonably priced

This used to be good, but the last couple of times I tried it, the portions were tiny and the price wasn't. Won't bother with it again. Joey's is much better if you want a quick seafood place.

Best Hallibit ever eaten! Served to you hot and the best homemade fries as well! Friendly staff and two locations in Kamloops too - one on North Shore and the other in Aberdeen!

The best in town without a doubt! A little pricey but always fresh.
