We ate here for our 2nd anniversary dinner. Great atmosphere. The food was amazing. Service was pleasant and quick. Would go back.

I had a Costco coupon to use and since the other Ric's was closed I thought this would maybe be my last chance to use the $50 credit...wrong! From what I hear, this location closed on August 26th, and all I saw on my (attempted) visit was a sign on the door laying some blame as well as indicating a... More

My wife and I stopped for dinner on the way through Kamloops. Right away we sensed something was not right. We have been here about 5 times and have had good service and good meals. This time the restaurant was not clean, paper napkins and dirty cutlery was noticed. My wife ordered the ribs and was told they were not... More

Do not go here. Wow. There is something seriously wrong. We were seated with no silverware and not enough menus for our whole group. It took half an hour to get drinks. They told us they were having issues with their linen service and we're using flimsy paper napkins McDonalds would be embarrassed to provide. The wait staff seemed utterly... More

Not sure if they were short staffed or not but we waited over 5 mins to be greeted & seated! Then sat out in patio for another 15 mins with no server coming out to our order. When the waitress came out she apologized for not serving us sooner but she did not know we were out here. We explained... More

My husband and I were recently staying for one night in Kamloops and we tried Ric's Grill as it was just down the street from our hotel. First of all, the restaurant is expensive - most entrée's are in the $30.00 range. We ordered a bottle of wine and when the waitress brought it to our table she asked us... More

The food was pricey but worth it We had the the fillet mignon with stuffed potatoes and the steak was perfectly cooked. Organic Chilean Merlot was also great.

Went for lunch at Ric's Grill, looking forward to some seafood. Had looked up the menu online before deciding to go, but many of the items we were interested in having were not on the actual restaurant menu. Hate that - if your menu is online then you should update it!! So much for the seafood that we were looking... More

Service is terribly slow, despite the restaurant being 1/2 full. Server didn't bring water when asked, took 10+ minutes to get two glasses of wine. Ordered the fire roasted tomato farfalle with shallots, goat cheese and arugula...what showed up: farfalle with canned tomatoes, no shallots, no goat cheese, no arugula but was covered in store-bought pre-shredded "parmasan" cheese. I politely... More
