Charming place

We have gone to the inn many times and never been disappointed. Have just booked a New Years day brunch. We go every year. The atmosphere is lovely. The inn was a beautiful home that was turned into the restaurant. The service is great and food is great.

We decided on Quamachan Inn for Christmas Eve., as some quaint and special place to go. We had a 5 pm seating. It was buffet ($40 per person) and it was quite full of guests. The food was luke warm, I don't think there was sterno under the pans of food. I think if there was - the food would... More

A large group of us had lunch here last week and there were absolutely no complaints from anyone. Food was excellent and so was the service, especially considering there were 12 or 13 of us. The dishes came out together which is qute a feat. Wonderful old building, decorated with a 16ft Noble Pine in the foyer and a very... More

Food was good, service was acceptable. The atmosphere is probably what I enjoyed the most - lovely old building that feels like it is rich with stories. This building was featured in Haunted Canada but we never saw the ghost on our visit.

This is a beautiful old private home turned into a restaurant. Under new management and they are trying very hard. Our last dinner there was very good and the service was excellent. The grounds are really lovely and you can dine outside in the summer.

Situated among the trees, this heritage style building is charming. Several rooms with dining tables. We were there for dinner which was excellent. They are open for lunch as well.

Have really tried to like this place but it ends up a disappointment; certainly not the case a number of years ago when it was under a different management. In fact, a few years ago, it was our go to place. Sadly, it has never failed to disappoint us whenever we have gone - from lack of good service and... More

We came here with friends who live in the area. They told us it was under new management and wanted to give it a try. The inn is beautiful with an interesting history. And that's about as good as it gets. Just speaking for my spouse and me, our food was awful. Miniature appetizer that didn't taste like what it... More

We had a dinner party for about 40 people. The owner was very accommodating to our special needs (set up a sound system, provide gluten-free option, etc). The meal was great and the service was excellent. There is a great outdoor patio and a beautiful garden for taking pictures.

Four of us went to Quamichan Inn to celebrate two birthdays. The decor is interesting. It is a large old house turned into an Inn. Several smaller rooms for dining. We were there during the week. Was not busy but service was not very fast. The food was good but not great. Did not feel the food was good value... More
