Lovely setting

Though I live quite close to the Inn, this was my first time there. Saw an advertisement in the paper and thought we would try out the special offered. Lovely setting in the gardens and a huge burger and beer as advertised for $14. Definitely got your money's worth. I think this would be a... read more

Four of us went to Quamichan Inn to celebrate two birthdays. The decor is interesting. It is a large old house turned into an Inn. Several smaller rooms for dining. We were there during the week. Was not busy but service was not very fast. The food was good but not great. Did not feel the food was good value... More

We held our wedding at The Quamichan Inn in August 2015. We were so well looked after by the new owner, manager and staff - I can't thank them enough! The garden was perfect and private for our ceremony, the reception space was beautiful and intimate. Our guests are still talking about how much they loved the dinner! The bar... More

We have always loved dining at the Quamichan Inn. It always felt like a gracious place to dine. Unfortunately, this seems to have now been lost. With a loud radio station of head thumping pop music, it made our evening unpleasant. Converstion was not possible. Finally a guitar player arrived and played some light and enjoyable music. Menu has changed... More

We flew over to attend a wedding at this Inn so decided the easiest option was to stay there and risk it unseen. The owner had only taken over about 2 weeks before and he and all the staff were so friendly and caring. The wedding went off really well and the food was excellent. We stayed for another 4... More

We went midweek arriving early afternoon. Group of four friends who were lured there by an ad in a local paper advertising Angus beef burger with a 20 ounce pint of Phillips beer for $14. There were three other tables with customers so not busy. Friendly waitress who explained the menu to us. We ordered three burgers and one salad... More

Went here for my birthday with my wife. It was a Friday nite and Don Wilke was playing guitar on the patio. It was very warm as well. We sat inside, however had the window open to hear the music. Waitress was attentive and friendly, took our drink orders promptly and returned for our meal order. I ordered the Braised... More

After living local for many years I was reluctant to give the Inn, yet one more try. An advertised special in the paper got me in the door and I was not disappointed. The food was excellent, service professional and location is perfect. They have great beers on tap and offer a happy hour! Everyone at my table was very... More

We had made reservations for a group of friends to eat breakfast at the Quamichan Inn on a Sunday morning. We arrived and were shown to a table, which looked very attractive with a starched white tablecloth and a view out the window. We were served coffee, and we gave our orders. Some time went by, but we did not... More

We arrived for dinner at 7 pm on a Tues. night. We were the only ones in the restaurant the whole time we were there so you'd expect the service to be good. A bread basket was brought to the table and we asked to have it refilled when we finished the two small pieces. We were told that there... More
