Wonderful place to eat and take home the next day's lunch, I could never eat a whole meal! We are sad to see Jenni move to Vancouver but she is taking a much deserved rest and off on a new adventure! Good luck and Thank you for your great service and wonderful friendly smile. This was a regular spot for... More

Wanted something different after being in the hotel for a bit so picked up some chinese to take back to may room. Gotta say it was fantastic and hot! If you like Chinese food this would definitely be my first choice to recommend you to go to.

We were toast, mings delivered to our hotel, simple meal of steamed rice and Sweet and Sour pork was nice. Still $20 CAD, but worth it. Delivery was prompt and the food arrived HOT. Nothing special in the quality of the food, but the service made it a win.

The Chinese Buffet is available in every town in Canada. The spread always looks the same: fried noodles or rice, Won Ton soup, stir fries, onion rings, salad & jello. The price varies a little from one town to the next. But Ming's has Jenny and that makes it special.

We ordered take out last night and chose Ming's on a recommendation wow what a miss. Avoid this place it is awful. You can't taste the food through the really bad oil. I could not eat my meal it was a real disappointment . We had the chicken chow mien ,soggy orange noodles, beef and broccoli , mushy broccoli and... More

If you like warmed over prefab food then this is the place for you. After a few bites, my husband and I couldn't eat it. The almond chicken was yesterdays as were the s & s pork, and the rice and they used those crispy yellow noodles for the chow mein. The only bright spot was the lady who brought... More

We have eaten in many restaurants as hockey parents. Travelled to Delta and up north in BC. Still haven't found any to match. Green Door in Vancouver was only one that was better....years ago. Jenny is so friendly...greets us like ol' friends. If smorg is cold or we don't like...she has fresh stuff cooked up asap, when asked. Her husband... More

Mings is the only Chinese food Restaurant worth going to in Williams Lake. The service is fabulous, the owners are very friendly, the food is really good (even the buffet, which can be sketchy in most Chinese Restaurants!). The decor is "retro", but always clean and comfortable.

I've always found that eating from the buffet anywhere is never good... it's just lazy dining... good food is fresh and buffets can't be fresh. Order from the Chef's menu, always a better option than anything else on the menu and this way your food is cooked fresh. I don't eat out very often and when I do I am... More

Very disappointed. We dropped in for their buffet. Was only about 6:30 but food was only luke warm - we like our food hot. Steam tray was going but didn't help. Taste was okay but nothing to write home about. Have had a couple of take outs from this place which have been much better. Don't think we will be... More
