well, if you are in a hurry, you need to go elsewhere. It is definetly a place to go with friends to talk shop or whatever, waitresses are good, drinks come right away. The food takes awhile, we were there for lunch and dinner in the same week, and it was fairly busy. The food was worth the wait, above... More

We went there to meet a friend and it was wing night. I was very busy, almost completely full but our friend had our table in the corner. The waitress came by in no time. We ordered beers and since it was so busy we decided to order some wings because being so packed with people, it could take a... More

You can always tell where the best food is if the locals are going there. I was in town on business and thought I would try this place out. I was very happy with the service and the food. Big helpings at affordable prices. It's an old bar but it's well looked after and very large.

Happened upon this place and it was a good find. Good food and staff. Nice atmosphere. Kind of out of the way but well worth finding.

No one was overly impressed with their food at Oliver Street bar &grill, yet no one had any strong complaints either. The veggie plate we ordered for the table ended up being way larger than any four people could eat in one sitting, and the Greek salad was almost a quarter feta cheese (no lie). For the price it was... More

My husband and I are new to the area and were just passing through Williams lake when the clerk from the gas station had recommended Oliver's to us as we were very hungry from driving and looking for somewhere nice to eat. When we had first walked we couldn't believe the size of the place. It has three levels as... More

Well finished and clean neighbourhood pub. Menu was typical of better pubs and the food was good. OK draft beer selection, but Murphy's rather than Guinness on tap. Was in Williams Lake for several days on business and went back to Oliver St 3 out of 4 nights.

I was very impressed with the menu of this pub with some tasty and unique offerings. The waitress was good not missing a beat as our drinks never ran dry and she was cute to boot. Just be carefull on Wednesdays as its hard to get a seat if your not there by 5:30 as it is wing night which... More
