This used to be such a treat to stop at with the family for a donut or donuts. But the last three times the donuts were less than fresh. I don't know when the apple fritter I had this morning was made, but it wasn't today. Lesson learned.

Over the years we have stopped for a light meal on our travels through Red Deer and have been pleased with the food, service and general cleanliness of the facility but this past year not so much. The staff hangs around in little bunches behind the counter and no one comes out to clean tables and the floor is deplorable.... More

Donuts are donuts some are better then others. The earlier you get there the fresher the donut, apparently it's backed at night. We had ours later in the after noon, well around 7 in the evening. It was a good donut, one of them oversized eclairs.

The service was great. I loved the fresh sandwich/sub options and a variety of soups and stews to choose from. Luckily, i saved room for a boston cream doughnut and was not disappointed, everything was very fresh tasting (like home) I will be returning often for my lunch breaks.

We absolutely love the donuts here. Lots of original choices that are delicious! We stop here every time we pass through Red Deer. We have never tried the meal items.

This place is a definite stopover for driving between Edmonton and Calgary! Do yourself a favour, skip timmies and starbucks and head to The Donut Mill. Their donuts are outstanding!! like realllllly really goood! They are quite different from commercial donuts you will find at timmies and have a great array of flavours and kinds including specials that change frequently.... More

I don't like the ambience, it is a just so-so donut shop. Coffee is lousy. The Donuts are expensive but then, where are they not expensive. Considering what goes into a Donut, they shoul be cheap. But sometimes when you just need a little bite to eat we stop there and then say" never again".

We have been at this place several times and it is always good. It has a very diverse donut offer, the sizes are also bigger than the average. Donut and coffee perfect!

Donut Mill is one place we always stop at while in Red Deer or driving through. We always look forward to their fresh donuts and unique flavors. We stopped this time and were not as impressed as previous visits. The rolo donut tasted nothing like rolo; however, the venetian donuts were incredibly yummy.
