Steak was great

A great little restaurant on the edge of town, we ate here twice out of a three night stay, returning for the third night after a disappointing dinner elsewhere on the second. Nice friendly staff and really good prime rib steaks

Ate here as part of a tour supplied dinner. Prime rib was OK. Just barely warm. Service was good and staff friendly.

Ate here on a warm early June evening so sat outside on the small "terrace". Service was efficient if not friendly and the food - prime rib of course - was well enough cooked but no more than of average quality. Salads & baked potato accompaniments were also "OK"

Last night in Alberta, so we needed to eat the excellente beef from this province. Prime rib was succulent. My wife enjoyed the salmon with cranberrt sauce. Reasonable prices.

Nice to be welcomed in such a pleasant way. Our waiter was excellent first organising drinks and then going through the menu. The four of us all chose different meat dishes and they were all excellent in fact one of the best meals that we had all had for a while, Would certainly recommend.

This is simply the best place to eat a steak in Jasper. I go to Jasper annually and do not leave town without stopping by for a belly buster. Just delicious mushrooms everytime. Unfortunatly It was shut down the last time I was in town

The service was very good but the food was average. I ordered salmon....a stupid thing to do at a restaurant with prime rib in its name! Regardless, it arrived warm but tasteless. A dining companion ordered the prime rib, rare. It came medium but he insisted it was okay. Small portion for sure. I had an after dinner drink on... More

Was looking forward to good prime rib given the name of the restaurant. Our waitress, who was at least in her late 20's was incompetent. She forgot my husband's caesar salad, forgot to come back and tell me that there was not any end cuts available. She thought that they 'THREW away the end cuts" ?? She did come back... More

Prime Rib City has a pretty good service with friendly staff who kindly assists you at your point of need. Unfortunately, due to their food, the ratings have dropped down. I am a kid at the age of nine, and I ate their kids meal Fusilli with Cheese. I ate it, but it was very plain. I do not recommend... More
