We have been to Jasper many times and always eat at Tekarra. Although the meal was expensive, it was a gourmet experience in a beautiful setting!

This small quiet restaurant is tucked in the Tekarra cabin resort 2 km away from Jasper, Alberta. You can enjoy a satisfying breakfast meal. Our dining option was dinner. We made reservations online for our group of 3 adults. We were greeted with a smile and courteous host who showed us to our table. Our waiter, Laurence was professional, polite,... More

My wife and I just spent a weekend in Jasper and finally dined at the Tekarra Restaurant. It was recommended on our last stay by the owner of another one of Jasper fine dining restaurants as the place he goes to dine out. We shared the salmon trio as an appetizer, and it was fantastic. Three completely different flavors tantalized... More

We sampled a number of restaurants during our six nights in Jasper, and none came even close to the quality and service of Tekarra. Creative cuisine and attentive, friendly service. Yes, it's expensive, but you definitely get your money's worth.

We were recently there on a busy Saturday night. Staff was run off their feet but the meal was excellent. Hadn't been there before but had heard a lot of great reviews. We loved it!! Food was fantastic, the staff was great and even the General Manager was running around working as hard as the staff. Will definitely be back again.... More

We were extremely disappointed with the buffet breakfast which had very little to offer, especially considering the price. From the other reviews it looks like dinner is a much better choice. We walked around the area a bit and there is a lovely viewpoint with lawn chairs looking down on the river.

This is an off the beaten path restaurant about 5 minutes south of Jasper. The ambiance is relaxed and non pretentious. The staff are super friendly and courteous. And the food is definitely something to write home about! We started off with some amuse Boucher courtesy if the chef- grilled cheese sandwich with tomato bisque... Boy did it set a... More

Let's see ... writing this a month later ... my husband ordered a bison appetizer (I believe) and a bowl of soup and said it was one of the best meals he had ever had. The soup was outstanding, the sauces were amazing. They accommodated our gluten-free son with GF bread when the bread was served. I don't believe they... More
