We were met at the door with a smile and escorted to a window seat without asking; important when we have the grandchildren with us. Our server was friendly and took our drink orders right away. The grandchildren were addressed directly with respect. All 5 of us enjoyed our food and thought it was tasty and fresh. We would definitely... More

After a long drive we decided to try the hotel restaurant & it was one of our best meals during our holiday. The choice of food was excellent & well cooked. We enjoyed it so much we ate there again on our second night. Great beer too.

The Inn Restaurant located withing the Best Western in Jasper is a hidden gem! We decided to go there just for convenience - but was very surprised with the quality of food and the great service provided by Rachael! It made for a very nice meal and evening! Thanks!

Food looked and tasted great. The staff were friendly and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. We ate from the lighter menu, which was more than enough. The food is not cheap, but was good quality.

We were recommended this place to try by another traveler at a different hotel. We were very pleased. We dined outside. There was lots of heaters and awnings in case the weather turned a bit ugly. It was very pleasant. We ordered Taco Pollo, wonderful.. appy. Entrees were Halibut Roulade and Butter Chicken. Both had amazing flavors and fresh ingredients.... More

My wife and I were staying at the best Western hotel and decided to go to the Inn restaurant. The service was Ok but we always felt rushed . The drinks were ok nothing fantastic The atmosphere felt uninviting The food was mediocre at best, I had the blackened cajun rib eye steak with a warm crab salad on top,... More

This hotel restaurant was just not for us. The menu was varied with lots of choice but everything seemed to have a spicy component to it, even the fish & chips had spicy fries. Even the beer choices were not your standard brands. We ate breakfast here (reviewed with the hotel) and we came here on our first night for... More

Seven of us dined here recently, while on a ski trip. My salmon with gnocchi was very good, but my daughter's half rack of ribs was coated in a curry glaze. I think the staff should inform their customers of this as a curry glaze is not usually expected when ordering ribs. My friends honey glazed shrimp were delicious and... More

My family came to Jasper and stayed at the Best Western Jasper Inn and Suites, and while the accommodations were beyond our expectations the food was really poor. We went for breakfast and the selection was good; however, all the hot food in chafing dishes were cold and lacked flavor. When we arrived the front desk raved about the Inn... More

The food is good, the hotel is nice, but the best part of this restaurant is Rob. He makes the best drinks my husband and I have had in a long time. Not only did he remember us, but he can make an amazing drink for any taste. Go for the atmosphere , but the service is what makes this... More
