Good charcuterie

Had the charcuterie board to start followed by the halibut. Fish was perfectly cooked. Good wine selection. Service was excellent.

Although this place is a little pricy, the food is defiantly worth it. The restaurant is upscale casual located downtown Jasper and in walking distance from the majority of hotels. To guarantee a table I would recommend booking a reservation a day before if possible. All in all amazing food and staff is very polite and friendly.

The service we received from this restaraunt was amazing! The food was far better than we have had before. From appetizer to dessert it was great. The elk tenderloin very well could be the best meal we have ever eaten, cooked to perfection! The hostess and server were very polite and helpful with choices. We will go back every time... More

Of our 3 night stay in Jasper, we had two meals at Syrah's as the food was just awesome. The charcuterie board is just fabulous (with the venison sausage just melting in the mouth and the chocolate bresaola sublime); the halibut steak was superb as were its accompaniments; each plate had its own merits. A must place to visit.

My husband and I celebrated our 14th anniversary here, and loved every moment. I'm glad we walked from our B&B, because we were SO stuffed by the end of the night that we needed to walk it off! We started with The Chef's Dinner charcuterie board, and were not at all disappointed by the range of flavours and variety of... More

Boom! Just plain excellent. Outstanding caring service as well. We were a walk in on a quiet Friday evening. Started with the mushroom and lentil soup and Cesar salad. While the soup wasn't what I had expected it was warm and delicious. The server (Dylan) was sincerely interested in whether I had enjoyed it, which was nice and showed he... More

Overnight stay in Jasper so we looked for a place to eat in the main street. This one stood out and the Chef really cares about what he serves. Excellent for both quality and service but not cheap.

This was the highlight of our trip. Great service by Andrew who was enthusiastic about the menu and had no problem answering our questions. The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for, very intimate and relaxing after a day at Marmot. You must go here!!!!

Christmas Even perfection. Andrew was a marvelous server. The service was paced perfectly for an enjoyable evening. The food, from the amuse bouche to the Bisque to the Elk and Vegetable Pastiche were each and everyone prepared perfectly, melt in your mouth, interesting mix of flavours and textures. I had never eating roasted fruits, used as a side veggie with... More
