Tried bison for the first time; it was excellent. So were the side dishes. Kudos to Alex our server who was very personable, efficient, and knowledgable about the menu. Also kudos to Morley Fleming who played piano requests throughout the meal which made for a very special memory to take home.

Didn't know it would be this good, make the reservation for the chef experience in advance if you can. The rack if lamb was the best I ever ate. So was the crab cake and the tuna appetizer

We had a nice solid meal at the Nook. Our waitress was wonderful and worked very hard. Good wine selection. Enjoy.

We ate in the Moose's Nock two nights. Both fish dinners, trout and pickerel, were excellent. The service was good, and the music contributed to a relaxed evening. It was because of the pianist, Morley Fleming, we returned the second night.

The staff is friendly but most of them are summer staff and poorly trained and over worked. The food is OK but the price value and execution is not good. Wines start at $14 for a five ounce glass and beer starts at $7.

We wanted a special dinner for a birthday but didn't feel like going to town after a day of hiking. The menu at Moose's Nook offered fresh fish, salads and fresh vegetables. The food was excellent and portions were generous.

We chose the grilled white fish and were not disappointed. Superb food, highly memorable made more so by the pianist playing from a central stage.

So brought family for dinner. Had the ribeye and the trout. Amazing meal. Great atmosphere with the piano off to the side. The side dishes were great as well. Finished off with the lava cake. All in all a great meal. Not cheap but worth it
