Don't order a "Hot Chicken Sandwich" that is unless you don't mind having processed meat. Was disappointed when I got my plate and noticed it wasn't real chicken. The service is bad,I mean real bad but on the same note they will charge 15% gratuity if you come in with five or more in a group. Food was real bland, presentation was the only good I can say about the food. Please don't go here you will be disappointed .

The food was very good. The service got slower as the the evening went on and there was a mix up in what was ordered. But they were able to accommodate the 8 of us on short notice on a Thursday night!

We had to sit in the lounge part which was busy. Out waitress was way more interested in a table of just men. We had to continually remind her to bring water when she brought drinks. Menu is ok but for the price the food isn't worth it.

We went in at 6pm to a near empty restaurant. We ordered from a friendly and efficient waitress. Two of us had lobster which was undercooked. When we told the server she just shrugged and asked if we wanted dessert. We hadn't been to Ric's Grill for several months and it'll be a very very long time before we go... More

I just came back from an absolutely disappointing meal at Ric's Grill Grande Prairie. Our reservation was for 6:00pm, the restaurant was not yet busy. There were five us, and we were celebrating the birthday of one of the ladies in our group. The service started off very well. Our waitress was polite but needed to be reminded to serve... More

I've been 3 or 4 times in the last year & I've always found the food & service to be top quality! I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone who wanted a great evening of dining out. The prices are in line with the quality & quantity of the food.

Not all of us are making a lot of money, remember... a gap between the rich and the poor? This is a place that is slanted towards the very affluent in the oilfields of Alberta, and frankly, the food is a disappointment. I had the salmon, which was at a staggering amount, and it was almost raw and the pilaf... More

I love the food, especially the appetizers at Ric's Grill! So once again, I was not disappointed. However, the service end of things is questionable. It took about 5 minutes for a hostess to come and greet me and seat me. Then it was probably another 5 minutes for the server to come. After ordering a drink...that took another 5... More

My husband and I made a reservation for a dinner for two on a Saturday night. Our table was ready early for us we got seated immediately. They serve a wonderful fresh baguette of sourdough bread with whipped butter - delicious! Then we ordered the seafood cakes and almond goat cheese for appetizers. They were fairly small but oh my...
