Good, but didn't get me too excited.

Went there for an early supper with a few friends. The server was very attentive (but not overly so) and helpful. We shared a bottle of wine and 2 small plates, the gnocchi end the chartcuterie board. Everything was really good but I wasn't exceptionally wowed by it. I would go back but I'd try... read more

On balance, they crashed and burned in front of us.....including the chicken and apple fritter....chicken burnt ( not to mention too spicey to eat....and not noted on the menu as spicey) and the apple fritter also overdone....we think they were previously cooked and then warmed.....can that be true? Another dish was cheddar cheese and sausage which was ok BUT the... More

We went to Culina a few weeks ago and it was just ok. The Charcuterie Board is very overpriced - not impressed. The menu choices are very limited, which we knew before going there. Two of our party had the beef entree and it was soooo dry. My chicken entree was very good as well as the orange chocolate torte.... More

SO DISAPPOINTING!!!!! Food was horribly bland & poorly presented on the plate. We are not picky eaters but will never come back. With only 5 appetizers and 3 entrees to chose from you would think each are spectacular....not so. We had two appetizers...Pommes Frites and Mushroom Toast. Simply awful! We then shared the Charcuterie Board....Even greater disappointment. We were never... More

After a play last night at the Fringe, four of us decided to walk over to Culina and managed to nab a table on the patio. Our server suggested a fabulous wine. We shared quite a few dishes and those that I was able to partake in were outstanding. We enjoyed ourselves for hours and continued to receive just the... More

My two friends and I were delighted with the menu choices, food and service at Culina Millcreek! One of my companions struck up an animated conversation with our server, who gave the impression of being ever so pleased to chat with us and to make sure we enjoyed the best dinner dishes and the best time possible. The arctic char... More

Four of us went for dinner to celebrate a birthday. The food does not live up to all the hype in the reviews- it is just average. The selections are rather limited: just 3 entrees to choose from, and the menu changes daily, so no way to know what is on offer. And it is not inexpensive. So, what's good?... More

We made the required reservations on short notice, and we arrived a bit early at the restaurants' suggestion to nab a table on their small, but blessedly shaded, patio. They have a seasonal menu system that changes often, so don't rely on the current menu posted on the website. Call ahead for dietary accommodations or restrictions, as their meals are... More

We went here for brunch on a Sunday and sat on the patio. The food was great! We started off with the cornbread which was a bit different than you'd expect. It was on the sweeter side with lemon and Saskatoon berries but overall really good. The bacon and eggs was also not what I expected but it was enjoyable.... More
