The hostess was extremely accommodating, bringing many samples of wine to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my choice. We loved the bacon app, and the shrimp and grits were great, as was the chorizo sausage app. We had the flat iron steak, and none of us loved it. It was quite tasteless and the mushrooms with it weren't... More

Been here a few times, the last visit was suprisingly bad. Too expensive for what we got - charcuterie with tiny portions, teaspoons only of accompaniments, carefully portioned out (4 olives for 4 of us). And a note on the table that we were only welcome for 2 hours - then we must leave. We left after 45 minutes, and... More

My husband and I were on one of our "little getaways" in Edmonton, and we were wandering the streets downtown looking for somewhere nice to eat. We accidentally fell on this cute little tapas place and thought we'd try it. My husband didn't know what tapas was, and I had only a vague idea. Because it was the weekend, to... More

We ordered the "feed me" for two. Excellent choice! Outline your dislikes and allergies, then the waitress shows up with the chefs choice of dishes so that you have a very enjoyable dining experience. Reservations mandatory. I think they only seat about 20. It may not be the best choice for a business dinner... Unless the person you are bringing... More

Open the door, squeeze past the curtain and be taking to a magical culinary journey. Fully enjoyed the mushrooms served in a puff pastry and the paella. the service is attentive and they really treat you a valued guest. Highly recommended.

A recommendation from a foodie relative led us here on a Friday evening. The place is cozy and peaceful with the kitchen separated by a low wall. The owner greeted us by name ( we had a reservation - a must here ) and asked us about our food & wine preferences. We had the option of ordering à la... More

Ate here last night and was very impressed. Service was impecable and food was excellent. Especially the bacon tapas. Thought I was in heaven! Get the server to pair a wine for you. Even though the restaurant was small, the atmosphere was very relaxing and not noisy. Only negative was parking which we ended up having to pay for. Make... More

Some friends and I went to Tzin to celebrate a birthday. We had a lovely time! The waiter was fantastic. He was funny and had helpful thoughts on wine and food choices. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect. We loved it!

This small and intimate restaurant is worth visiting and will be the first restaurant we are back in town. The owners are your waiters and their attention to detail is superb! We sampled several Tapas and asked for their suggestion on wines - all were winners. An absolute gem in the heart of the downtown area.

This small tapas restaurant is sophisticated yet cozy and inviting. You feel like you're in Italy or Paris or some foreign destination. I always rate ambiance of a restaurant over food taste but as far as tapas is concerned --the food is exceptional also. Service with a smile is served out in generous amounts. The owner is gracious and elegant.
