We stumbled upon this when we were in the neighborhood and looking for something to eat. It's a lovely little place that is well decorated and inviting. The server was prompt and attentive. We ordered Thai takeout from here while visiting from out of town. I wish this place was in our city, it was so good! Spring rolls and salad rolls were great to start. The Panang curry was amazing, the chicken in it was nice white meat. Green curry, cashew chicken, and pad Thai were also very good. Can't wait to... More

Everything I've tried here has been great. The flavours are wonderful, food is perfectly cooked, sauces are tasty. They have great green and red curries and excellent sweet chili sauces that I can never match at home. The service was great and our serves knew the menu very well - she had lots of suggestions and recommendations when we asked.... More

Have walked in to order take out twice from here and have been very happy with it. The cashew chicken is insanely tasty, and all the dishes we have tried have been very good. The waiter was super helpful with suggesting dishes and very welcoming while I waited for my food. Will go back, often. It's a cute little restaurant... More

My wife and I met our daughter and her boyfriend for supper and she chose this restaurant. Thai food is one of her favourites and this is her favourite Thai restaurant. The food was plentiful and delicious. You can chose dishes that range from mild to very spicy hot. My wife cannot eat spicy food but enjoyed this very much.... More

This restaurant had been a family favourite for years. Formerly packed on a Friday night, there were only a few tables occupied. While the dishes that we ordered resembled the former menu, they lacked the quality (the chicken and pork were dry and tougher than before), the sauces less flavourful and the coconut rice lacked taste and the steamed rice... Went here for birthday dinner last week. Food was excellent as usual, there does seem to be new owner and staff and menu has changed. I had Pad Thai and my wife had red curry chicken with mango. The dishes seemed to be prepared a little differently than we have experienced in past, but were very tasty. Service was great... More

My wife and I dropped in for lunch as it is near a dry cleaner service I like. The décor is a bit dark and is decorated with travel posters from Thailand. That said, the dining room was very clean and not run down at all. The owner seated us right away and was attentive. We both ordered one of... More

The Thai Valley Grill is a small, non-descript restaurant next to the Public Library at Whitemud Crossing.I went in on the advice of a friend and was not disappointed. The food is good, and authentic, but somewhat pricey for what you get. However, the Pad Thai is what keeps you coming back here. It is the best in the city... More
