Breakfast review

Food: Eggs benny: can choose two different options on the same order how nice! Had the Gouda and smoked salmon. I preferred the Gouda but both were delicious. Side fruit was good. Service: top notch Atmosphere: "European fancy", cozy, good for dates

From the minute we entered to the minute we left was one huge disappointment. First reserved table was given to a more regular customer then we were blatantly lied to as to why it was given away. Waiter couldn't rush us enough, showed patience but when asking for order completely cut in and suggested alternative. Drink orders were again incorrect... More

Firstly you were not lied to!! Then it was downhill for you after!! What a big baby you are. Funny how you live in Vancouver and order seafood in Edmonton!! That's like commenting on a steak or beef in P.E.I. I think the waiter was just making suggestions as a pro waiter would do! The only box wine we have... More

Normand's - all first class for food and wine choices, ambiance, and service. We were a party of four and we all chose different entrees. Each one was special and a delicious dining experience. The wild meat dinner included kangaroo and was reported to be exceptional as was the pheasant and the Alberta pork tenderloin. My choice was chicken and... More

Elk and Bison combo was excellent. A fellow diner had the artic char and loved it also. Plates were well proportioned and appetising in presentation. Although not inexpensive, the value is there - especially considering how few restaurants feature game dishes on their regular menu.

We went for a great treat and we were overly impressed. She had the Wild Boar Rib and I devoured the rack of Lamb. We tasted each other's meal. The potatoes and vegetables was very firm and delicious not to mention the most beautiful and tasty sauce.

Since the Glenora Bistro closed, all of the staff and the menu have moved down Jasper Ave to Normands. Quiet atmosphere make this ideal for breakfast at 8 or brunch later on.

I received a gift certificate for Normands and my friend & I were excited to try it after viewing the online menus. I reserved for 7:30 on a Saturday night and was called back and asked if we could come at 8:00 instead due to a number of large groups that had booked. In retrospect, I wish we had waited... More

We were looking for something to do for my Birthday and decided the day of to go for dinner. I reserved online but it said they would contact us in 24 hours, since I was booking for the same day. I figured I would call the restaurant to make sure they had room for 4, the person said unfortunately they... More

Service is great , super menu for game. The mushroom soup is fabulous. Their sticky date pudding is just as good as Australia
