this is our favourite value restaurant in Edmonton. A couple can have a satisfying dinner for less than $30 if you know what to pick. We've been coming here at least once a month for over 15 years and never left disappointed. We also order take out food from here for company events and even special occasions at home. Their... More

Located in a redevelopment district just east of China town in downtown Edmonton, this unassuming restaurant has been serving what may be the finest Chinese food in all of Edmonton. The menu is long and includes great seafood, duck, meat and noodle dishes. It also serves many varieties of popular bubble teas. Amazingly it does this at prices similar to... More

The food is so GOOD and the portions are very large and cheap. The food here is REAL CHINESE food. Not the normal stuff that is served in most Canadian chinese restaurants so the menu will not look like what you are use to. But it is all so GOOD. It is cash only so bring cash. After you sit... Don't let the location or the decor fool you, this place has amazing food. From North American style Chinese food to Hong Kong comfort food you will find something delicious. I eat here regularly, at least once a week. This place has the best Chinese food in Edmonton hands down. FYI, cash only here.

I recently had a business lunch here and found the food to be the same as 25 years ago, delicious! The décor isn't one to write home about, primarily greenish booths that can be a little tight for those with a belly. But I must say it looks better now than it did 25 years ago. The menu has lots... I always love the unexpected..those hidden away unassuming places that have something special to offer. Well Double Greeting Won Ton House in Edmonton, in the heart of the old China Town Area, is one of those special places. When I tire of the chique eateries that offer a beautiful ambiance and leave you feeling empty minutes after paying a hefty... More

This is Chinatown Chinese-style. The dishes are not Fusion of French or fat-free. But they are chockful of decent ingredients, and no one leaves hungry. Hot and sour soup is full of protein, even if some is hard to identify. Soft tofu is just what the name says, and sauces you may not ever have experienced accompany dishes you thought... More

Came with a chinese friend who assured me this place was THE place for noodles. Boy was she right! Everything came hot and tasty. Servings are large. We ate for about $8/head tip in. Can't wait to go back as I am craving noodles again.

If you are a snobby, pinkie in the air, blue blood wanna be (but up to the eyeballs in debt) this place is not for you. This is for people who know value for money, are well travelled (in SE Asia)hence could understand why this place is what it is and brave enough to explore the seedy part of Edmonton.... More

You know you're into something different when you step though the doors to discover you're the only caucasians there. Don't be put off by the decor (or lack of it) - this is the real deal. I had forgotten about this place for 15 years - it hasn't changed, the food is outstanding, inexpensive and plentiful. Don't be afraid to... More
