As my interest in Edmonton faded like my faith Transformers movies, I needed a salvation, preparing myself to drink the sand if the view of water on the horizon turned into a mirage. The culinary landscape in this city was looking grim. The Red Piano Dueling Piano Bar and Bistro was the most interesting option on Bourbon Street…not the real... More

Had a nice calming experience at The Red Piano lounge after a rather hectic shopping session at the West Edmonton Mall. Travelling with my wife and another couple, we were footsore from hours of visiting dozens of stores, and sought a place to relax for a short time before striking out again. We went to Bourbon Street and saw The... More

We had dinner here one night and stayed for their dueling piano show! The food was very good and the waitress was very quick and helpful! The show was a lot of fun and definitely a neat experience!

Didn't do too much night life but I did enjoy the entertainment a the red piano, the service was marvelous, and the drinks weren't over price. I wish that the song that i requested for my two friends anniversary would have been played but we still had a blast

The shocking decline of the service, ambiance, and the quality of the food since my wife & I first visited two years ago was disappointing to say the least. We were both sorry to have tarnished our once great memories of the Red piano by revisiting it again this year. Burnt, sloppy, and tasteless. We will not make the mistake of visiting... More

We stumbled upon The Red Piano on a Sunday night, otherwise we probably would have been turned away because of the dress code - which is OK by me, they make it pretty clear they have a strict dress code. The waitress was friendly and prompt, all the food was impressive except for the Alligator Popcorn which was ok. We... More

There was no other tables at the restaurant but ours of 11 people but we waited for over an hour to get our food in the middle of the afternoon. Drinks were weak but the oysters were grea (but no one had to cook the oysters). When we addressed it with the manager, he told us that we were wrong.... More

As a 30 year road warrior, I have never ever experienced something like this in my life! On a business trip 5 of us from our team arrived at the front entrance and I was asked to remove my jacket by the manager Colby, "because it looked like outerwear!" Really? And since when do you have to pass the Fashion... More
