Good drinks!

Visited the Red Piano for a friends birthday dinner. Although the food was lacking the entertainment and drinks made up for it. The live piano shows are amusing and fun. The real highlight of our visit was our specialty cocktails, we tried a few different varieties and all were very good. I would... read more

Red Piano has a fabulous menu, excellent wine & drink options, and unbeatable entertainment. Despite being located in a mall, this venue is high-class and DOES require a dress code. For parties, you'll want to make a reservation at least a week in advance (probably more), and expect it to be busy. For those who like music, food, wine, and... More

Visited, or I should say tried to visit the Red Piano. They didn't let me in because of the clothes I was wearing. Apparently it didn't meet their dress code.

I booked a stagette dinner here in honour of my sister-in-law's upcoming wedding. And while the food was quite good, the service was atrocious! The waitress was slow, and the entertainment refused to play our requests (even though we had attached a min of $20 to each request!) and instead insisted on playing all of the Disney songs that some... We were looking for a good meal, great evening, and a place for a large group. Music was non stop loud and entertaining and we had a fun! The cost was over the top though......meal was okay but when we factored that we had to spend at least $25 and buy drinks, cover charge, and tip, the fun time was... More

Overpriced, over spiced and overly loud! Can't remember ever having a worse time. Appys and dinner took 3 hours, while being bombarded by a very loud distorted live show with requests by the audience. Couldn't talk to the people we were with because the pre-show piped in music was so loud. We didn't have appys yet when the live show... More

I first went to The Red Piano for lunch on a Saturday with a girlfriend. We were able to walk right in since it wasn't busy yet. The decor is very upscale. We shared the prawn and scallop ceviche (fresh and light) and of course the junk food platter. The platter was good, but a tad overpriced at $26. We... More

My husband and I had dinner here last night. It was the second time having dinner here, the last time being a couple years ago, which was a great experience. This time however, not so good. My main issue was the food/drinks. I ordered the blackened salmon and for the price you pay, you really don't get much. The fish... More

We stop for a bite of lunch at the Red Piano in West Edmonton Mall , most differently their Ceviche has nothing to stand out or even resemble Ceviche two raw shrimp and one escalope with some speckle with tomatoes and avocados and a nice sides of tortilla chips , very beautiful presentation , my jambalaya was good and filling...
