Delicious food, terrible service, great atmosphere!

We made reservations and enjoyed the live piano performances. It was a great restaurant choice in West Edmonton Mall. Service was all round terrible - from being greeted with hostility at the door, our waiter didn't know much about the menu. We ordered the Chips and Dips (which were tasty) and... read more

There was no other tables at the restaurant but ours of 11 people but we waited for over an hour to get our food in the middle of the afternoon. Drinks were weak but the oysters were grea (but no one had to cook the oysters). When we addressed it with the manager, he told us that we were wrong.... More

As a 30 year road warrior, I have never ever experienced something like this in my life! On a business trip 5 of us from our team arrived at the front entrance and I was asked to remove my jacket by the manager Colby, "because it looked like outerwear!" Really? And since when do you have to pass the Fashion... More

The whole experience of my daughter's Stagette On June 27th was rude! Food was average, price was high. Bottle service was a joke! Wrong drink mixes being poured. Requests for songs were ignored, even when there was a large tip! Wouldn't go back👎

A group of 9 of us went to the Red Piano for a 39th birthday party and we will certainly never return. We were initially greeted by 2 security guards (aka bouncers) that wouldn't let 3 of the guys in because our shoes weren't "business casual". Off we went to find some ill-fitting overpriced dress shoes to enter the bar.... More

Food was really good, and the service was prompt and friendly. Would certainly recommend The Red Piano on Bourbon Street in the Mall

We came her for a family reunion/girls weekend on a saturday evening. There were 16 of us, so we reserved a table in advance. The service was amazing, we had one waitress for drinks and one for food, they were so attentive and had the best customer service!!! The food was delicious, i had the tenderloin steak, it was cooked... More

From host to service was awful. Snotty stuck up and over priced. Don't bother. There are other duelling piano bars to go too. The people that work there are ignorant. The manager is all attitude. I will never go back. All the employees including the manager really think they are better than everyone else and talk down to you.

This venue was a lot of fun and the entertainers were so adaptable they ran the gambit on styles of music and engaged the audience regularly. I have been here ttwice now and had a blast both times, well worth the cover charge but the Hotel provided entry as part of the conference.
