Consistently excellent, must have the fettuccine it is the best I have ever had! The sharing platters, grilled Caesar salad and the wine selection should bring you back for more!

We went to Vivo for dinner last night and my husband and a business associate from Calgary ordered the lamb. I don't eat lamb but they said it was the best lamb they have ever had. Both of them have had lamb in restaurants all over the world so this really says something. All of our other food was excellent... More

Had a very pleasant evening with my wife again at this wonderful restaurant. Staff are great, the food is always terrific and there is always something new happening. Last night tried the scallops appetizer for the first time, would return just for that again, never mind everything else that was great.

When one reads reviews, one asks what others did this person praise and why. I always do, but the reservation had already been made after our fav restaurant was fully reserved, so we went, hoping reviews were correct about Vivo's portions, quality, tastes, and service.. The place is dark and rather comfy, and Vivo has a big wine list heavy... More

First impressions usually set the tone for the evening. After hearing such raves about VIVO, we had great expectations. When we arrived for our 8:30 p.m. dinner reservation, the restaurant was jumping and the noise level was loud. When no one approached our table for the first 25 minutes, we were frustrated and disappointed. We finally told the hostess that... More

We had a large group in for dinner on 3/25 (50 people) and the meal was amazing! Family style but definitely NOT a bowl of spaghetti and meatballs! They planned a fantastic 4 course meal for us and between the great info on not only what we were having but where it was sourced, the wait staff were attentive and... More

This family style Italian restaurant is perfect for a fine dinning experience. A lot of the food is local and everything was fresh and delicious. Service was top notch and there was a good energy about the place. Vivo is on my favorites list for sure.

Vivo offers an amazing Italian family style dining experience. I definitely recommend going with a larger group to maximize it's potential. The chicken entree is surprisingly tender and juicy! Fresh pasta with a modern flair is what keeps me coming back... Be aware it is a little more pricey then the average Italian restaurant.

We visited this restaurant to celebrate a birthday with some friends. This excellent restaurant is tucked away in a small shopping complex surrounded by residential subdivisions. An unlikely location to find such a high caliber restaurant. The portions are perfect with the option of selecting dishes to feed 3-4 people. Another pleasant surprise is that they use locally grown products.... More
