I really enjoyed the entire experience at the Melting Pot. There was plenty to eat, we didn't wait long to eat at all. The food was very delicious and filling. The chocolate dessert fondue was my favourite, but then again the cheese fondue was great too! So difficult to pick a favourite. You do need 3 hours to enjoy everything... More

The fondu experience is a great way to mix up your dining experience. It's fun to go with a group or makes a great romantic dinner. The food is good and service has been good ever time I've gone. I didn't think that I would be full after, but we were all stuffed. Expect the bill to be high and... More

The Melting Pot was the most terrible dining experience I’ve ever had. The overall presentation, meal and service (which took OVER 4 HOURS- be warned!) left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I went with a group that had booked in advance for a birthday dinner, with a pre-set meal. The hosting staff had lost our pre-ordered courses, which was a... More

My and my bf had dinner at a restaurant and we decided to go to the melting pot for dessert since they gave chocolate fondue. It is a far drive because we live in dt. But it was well worth it. Our waitress was very polite. We had a bottle of Peter Lehman Shiraz I believe and the ying yang... More

We went to the Melting Pot for the first time as a birthday treat from my daughter and family. It was a wonderful experience; the food was fresh and delicious and the service and help top notch. We,ll definitely be back!

A group of 8 of us went for a birthday dinner and had a great time! Plan on staying a while and enjoy all of the courses. All around fantastic time. Great food, good service, fun experience!

Just got back from another great meal at the restaurant. The meal was great, service was great, and the manager came to check on us twice, even though it was very busy. Doing everything right hope they don't change anything.

Not my cup of tea at all. Had much better fondue experiences in places like Banff. I enjoy trying different places but wouldn't go back. I know some people really liked it, but I didn't. The concept seemed "out there" and the food wasn't tasty at all.

6 of us went together. We had 4 courses each and chose 2 cooking styles for each so 2 cheese pots, 2 broths and 2 chocolate pots and we all had the same salad. They prepare the fondue pots at the table which is very cool. Lots of the dipping 'things' are complimentary so they will bring you as much... More

My boyfriend booked this a month in advance. It was well worth it. The food was great, the back rooms have privIte areas for two-three people at most so it was romantic. The food was very good as well as the service. We had Keanna and she did a wonderful job. Very informative as it was our first time. The... More
