This was by far the highlight of our weekend away. The food was so good. And the ventilation inside is so much better then the Grizzly House in Banff. Don't know if I will be able to enjoy the Grizzly House the same way again. The four course meal was unreal. Didn't get our waitress name (I know she was... More

Haven't been out on New Year's Eve for a long time. Took a leap and booked at this restaurant. Wonderful experience, good value, great food, excellent server and service. Added touches were a gift bag for each of us, hats and noise makers, a souvenir picture, champagne, and two bottles of wine for our group of 4. Wonderful evening!

I was impressed with how our group of ten had a nice quiet spot in the restaurant where we could chat while enjoying our meal. We took our time and the servers were accommodating. I was expecting something a little fancier because of the price, but all in all the food was good. It's your typical fondue types. If you... More

Food is probably the best fondue I have ever eaten. You will be stuffed. Expect to be there for 2-3 hours. I would not bring kids as they wont eat everything and it is expensive about 60-100 pp If your having wine and extras, ecpect 20- more. Book way in advance as in weeks or you will not get seating.

The restaurant is busy, the service is great and the choices are a little overwhelming as this is not your typical dining facility. Some have remarked that the food is expensive and that may be true if all you want is a meal. This venue is designed to be a relaxing dining experience. A time to relax with friends. We... More

I have been here several times without disappointment. I really like the new menu which allows you to choose 3 items to build your meal for your entree, Service is always attentive, and its always busy..no matter what day you are there. It can be a bit of a challenge to finish all your food, but somehow we always manage.... More

I have eaten at the Melting Pot a few times now. I prefer to eat at lunch, as their lunch menu is more affordable (and just as good). I tend to get their Cheese Fondue, Salad and Dessert Fondue (was approximately $20.00). Dinner is just too pricey for my expense budget. As it is a Fondue experience, expect to spend... More

Went here for our first anniversary, and it was great from the greeting to the exit out. Great wine selection and signature drinks. Our waitress was more than knowledgeable about every selection. Food was amazing and the experience was above par. Overall a great hidden little gem.

Our group of six arrived 45 minutes early for our reservation time, celebrating a couple of birthdays. We were at a table within ten minutes of arrival! For six a round table would have been better instead of the rectangular as it made for difficult access for people on the ends to reach the further of the two cooking surfaces.... More

I've heard lots of positive reviews from this restaurant from colleagues so I decided to try it out for my parents' anniversary. I made a reservation for 9:30pm but seated at 10pm. We were kinda frustrated by the waiting time but when we got to our table, we just forgot about the frustration since the gift package that I requested... More
