Not a lot of point reading further as they closed in early February 2014. A shame as it was a gem. Food was consistently great, their cheese selection was superb and wine was well priced and a good selection.

It's date night and a neighbour told us about Moriarty's. She said it's a trendy establishment across the street from the Westin. We wanted to go out and eat, but we did not want a big meal, she said that this was the place to go as they have a great wine and cheese selection and small and large meal... More

This is a lovely spot near the Westin Hotel. The service was excellent - they opened the patio with no grumbling ( it was a beautiful sunny warm afternoon. The patio had been closed as the morning was very cool). The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Just had a light lunch, the crab cake salad was excellent ,slightly tangy with... More

Traveling on business, looking for a light evening meal, the sidewalk ad for mussels attracted. They were delicious and a plenty. My second small, served at the same time was cool and soggy by the time I got to it. Service was quick and friendly. $21 for 8 oz. glass of Spanish rose seemed steep since 6 oz. could be... More

In the heart of the city...lots of options in the vicinity. Beware parking is always a challenge. Moriarty is a great location for drinks and hanging out. The food was ok - had the Meatloaf sandwich with chips. The meatloaf could use more seasoning and flavor and chip could be less oily. Worth the try but not a repeat for... More

Great service, delicious menu options, good pricing. Has gluten free options. Enjoyed tomato soup and a Caesar salad while my friend had the chicken, fig and brie sandwich. With a drink was under $30.

We went there on a Thursday evening, and it turned out certain wines were on at half price, which was a nice surprise... and the wine list is extensive and interesting. The menu is quirky... platters of cheese and charcuteries, and then Soup and Salads, Small, and Large choices: you can certainly browse at Moriarty's or share several choices with... More
