Delicious food - great service!

I learned about this restaurant via a recommendation from a co-worker. It was a Monday night, so I figured I would chance going there with a friend and her 2-month-old baby, since we both love good food but didn't want to go to a typical kid-friendly restaurant. The food was fabulous! We shared... read more

The live music really put this restaurant over the top for us. I had the fresh mussels for an appetizer and the portion size was huge, which was great because they were delicious and I ended up sharing a ton with the table.

Lunch with a business group. Just OK. Service ho hum - not exactly attentive. Food OK but not outstanding. Probably won't try again.

Never had salt cod before and never will again. Very salty, very "firm" fish in a very rich sauce, with a dollop of mashed potatoes. Meh. But the cheesecake was OK, and the piano player too.

Been there many times. Christian is a great host. Served by José who is attentive and professionnal and friendly. Great food, tapas and wine list. Lots of seafood. Lovely historic room with wooden beams. On weekends there is live music. Piano player. Great for a romantic date though maybe a bit noisy. Deserts all tasty. My favorite is the chocolate... More

Had the opportunity to dine here for my birthday with spouse. Its located directly across The Bay in Edmonton Centre West mall so its ultra convenient for tourists staying at the neaby Delta Centre Suite Hotel. Upon entering the historic brick building, the ceiling, floor and design layout almost preserved the way a warehouse looks in Edmonton past. Come here... More

Went to the tapas and wine bar just off the main restaurant. Wine selection was not very large. The tapas were excellent and had a lovely dinner. Would certainly go again.

My first dinner at this restaurant and had a great Seafood Paella. Lots of large sized seafood (calamari, shrimp, clams, mussels and scallops)and the rice had a nice seasoning and light broth or sauce.

Wine connoisseurs will find this place seriously paling in comparison to Hardware Grill. Liquor selection equally poor. My second star was given for the décor and ambiance which was the only aspect that I truly enjoyed from this place - notwithstanding the long steep staircase entry. At this price range, one should expect top quality but food was nothing special,... More

The food is delicious and the service had that wonderful balance of making us feel welcome while not being intrusive. This is a place that we will definitely return to.
