After Sabor kept coming up in conversation again & again, I decided to take my parents here on a recent visit to Edmonton. What a terrific choice! The food was absolutely incredible - you must try the piri piri prawns - and the staff were welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable. In order to accommodate my mother's food allergies, Head Chef Lino... More

Our first visit to Sabor, in Edmonton's downtown. The room is spacious and the tables are a good size, with plenty of room for plates, baskets, glasses etc. The food was delicious (Clams and Pork, Black Spaghetti with Scallops) and the service was attentive but not interfering. My dinner mates also enjoyed their dishes. I would recommend this restaurant for... More

This is very nice restaurant with great atmosphere and over the top services. It is a pretty expensive place but the food was exceptional. In my mind this would be excellent for service, food, and atmosphere. Great place!

Plenty of reasons that this restaurant is on the top Canada list - the service and food were outstanding! The bar does needs some experience with cocktails - but the wine list is good and atmosphere is a good busy old world style. Our dishes were perfect - I mean SO good. Discover the menu for yourselves - no spoilers... More

We started with a sulfide free wine, Excellent.!!! We had 2 appetizers, one was a pan fried sardine dish and the other was Caesar salad. Both were delicious. I ate the Lobster risotto and My wife ordered the Seafood Paella. Hers was a little disappointing but a small opps in a fine evening. The waiter was very professional, the restaurant... More

Four of us ventured out for a "Downtown Dining Week" experience. We ordered from the prepared menu for $49.00 and were served family style. The menu consisted of four menu items: appetizers, halibut with lobster risotto and a selection of three desserts. The appetizers consisted of garlic shrimp, crab cakes, calamari and smoked duck risotto balls. The calamari were fresh... More

"Tapas this evening", so looking for a group of 5 people a good Spanish restaurant and went to Sabor Divino. Place is divided into bar and restaurant, where in the bar (small area) you can also benefit from Restaurant card (but not vice versa). Service by barman was OK, came immediately with glass of water and bread. Tapas card divided... More

We arrived early for our reservation and were seated right away. Many of the tables were set long and thin. We sat far from each other, and had little arm room. The tables were spaced so closely that every time a table beside you was served, we got a behind on our table. The menu has decent prices. My risotto... More

I am sad to report, but also to have spent as much money as I did on a dinner at Sabor. It may be that I am able to travel quite often and dine in fine restaurants across Canada, it could be that food is such a subjective medium and that Sabor was just not for me, or this beautifully... More
