We've been to Thai Sa-On for the last twenty years and the foods are consistently very good. You can tell they use the best meats and ingredients. Each dishes burst of flavour and very clean taste. And the wines , we would say that they all very good and at reasonable prices. The last time we were there, our bill... More

over the years I have had many meals here mostly lunch but several dinners and group events too. I was back a few days ago and it is still great. The menu is huge so I always need extra time to figure out what to have but the servers are great with their suggestions and are very patient. Always have... More

Each time I get persuaded to give Tha Sa-On another try I'm disappointed. I've been there for lunch and supper and it's consistently nothing special. We went there for supper Saturday evening, 6 pm. The place was not not full. We have been turned away for two other beltline hot spots that were booked until 8 pm. Service is spotty,... More

Thai Sa-On is absolutely delicious. We found the portion sizes to be quite perfect as the two of us each had a soup and we shared two entrees. It was extremely satisfying and we will be back!

Surprisingly close to the real food taste in Thailand. welcoming place but always full. The personnel is nice, welcoming and attentive to your desires. A spicy change from every day's cooking. It is really pleasant to go there from time to time.

Consistently excellent and very AUTHENTIC food (having lived in Thailand). The only criticism I offer is that the prices seem to keep going up as the portions go down. Sam is a great host and his taste in wine impeccable.

Appetizer - ROYAL THAI SA-ON - this was a combination of the following and we got a total of 8 pieces for $20.00 - I would not order this again as I think it was pricey, however, I did like the shrimp and mini basket crepes. KRA THONG THONG -Royal deep fried mini basket crepes topped with ground pork, chicken... More

Authentic flavour. Authentic Thai Food. Portions are small but the flavours are reminiscent of what you would find in Thailand. The fried Tilapia was delicious, crispy and cooked just right.

Sorry but this is not Thai food as I know it. It was just a spicier version of not very good Chinese food.
