Listen, I go to a lot of restaurants here in Calgary and when I travel. This place, this place that always has a lineup on weekends is totally worth it. Tried this place for the first time this past Christmas. Firstly - thank you for being open during the holidays when everyone else is closed. LOVED the inside decor - really brings the flavour out! Servers were fantastic - despite them being super busy, all of our servers were prompt and friendly. Food came out fast and hot. Delicious! We... More

A (large!) cup of Dutch pea soup (with plenty of sausage and chicken as well as the peas!), followed by a bacon/potato/cheese (no onion!) pannekoeken for her and a bacon/sausage/mushroom for me. These were straight from the kitchen and good and hot. There were few customers when we arrived at 5.30; it was filling up when we left. The welcome... More

Early on a weekday it is not crowded. They do not open until 09:00 so it is not good for an early breakfast. The selection of savoury pannenkoek is quite extensive. The coffee is pretty good too. I would go again.

If you're starving, don't go during peak breakfast and brunch hours because you can expect to wait about 45-60 minutes for a table. However, the food is worth it if you can wait! The bacon, cheddar, onion and cheese pannenkoek is one of the best ones on the menu! Delicious food, really great service! Try the warmed pretzel bun to... More

It took us around 30 minutes waiting for our turn. But mind you, it's worth the wait... You can order their premium coffee for $2.55 and they will keep on refilling it. It is served with a piece of cookie in the side. Their menu is awesome, we ordered the bacon and egg, then the sweet pancake topped with Saskatoon... More

The choices were plentiful and led to the dilemma of do you pick one of the savoury options or the sweet options (or a savoury and sweet blended option)? I had the Sausage, bacon and egg pannenkoek and loved every bite. Other at the table tried the sweet banana and nutella, pineapple and bacon option. There is also an option... More

The line up out the door is a great indicator of not only the popularity but the the quality of the food. Our wait was about 30 minutes and well worth it. The menu has something for everyone, featuring both savoury and sweet Pannenkoek creations. I opted for the chicken, feta, spinach, cranberry and red onion offering it was very filling... More
