Went to this fabulous restaurant with friends for our 10th anniversary. Had a great time, and stuffed our tummies on the uber delicious food. Excellent service and well worth the money for an all you can eat fire grilled dinner. Must have been served 15 different cuts of meat, right to our table, fresh off the grill. The grilled pineapple... More

Good selection of cold and hot items as well as meat options. Food is consistent (eaten here several times over the years), as well as service.

Went to Bolero tonight after hearing rave reviews from a couple of friends. I don't see what all the fuss was about...it was just okay. A lot of meat and some of it was pretty tasty but the majority of it was just average. The salad bar and sides were awful though. The service was good but I don't think... More

Waiter mixed up 2 drink orders. Some of the beef dishes were quite fatty. Hot food was only luke warm. Had to ask for the lamb dish twice. Chicken wings scarcely had any meat or sauce. Bacon wrapped chicken was over cooked.

cannot recall how many times I've eaten here but thanks to my really good friend, I experienced a very good meal...all you can eat chicken, BBQ pineapple, filet mignon, bacon-wrapped sirloin (?), etc...all freshly cooked, served and sliced in front of your eyes...and don`t forget the side dishes of rice, mashed potatoes, salads, vegetables...I think the service is good...I personally... I've been here a few times before and it's always an excellent time. Don't have a big lunch because you will be eating your heart out here. The servers were very friendly and knowledgeable about the food they were serving. Someone was always there to fill your drinks. The food itself is amazing. Don't go if you're a vegetarian because... We have eaten at Bolero many times since it has opened. I moved out of the country and on a trip back to Calgary I had to eat here. The full rodizio is all you can eat meat with a buffet of side dishes including vegetables, salads, cured meats, stews, rice, potatoes, cheeses ect. The meats are always cooked to... More

Great food here, for meat lovers. All you can eat meat with a salad bar for sides. The brunch is extremely worth it, most of the same meats are still offered, you still get the glazed pineapple too. And the typical omelette station and normal buffet is included! We come to every restaurant in this building regularly.

The service was great right from arriving. So much food to chose from. Servers were very friendly and professional. We requested a specific item twice and both times were served in a couple minutes. The only negative thing I can say is the noise level was a little high. I would definitely recommend Bolero to my friends.

My son choose this for his grad dinner and we were not disappointed. Our server advised us how the food would be served. We were guided to the appetizers and salad section. We had our favorites for the meat but really loved the pineapple glazed with brown sugar and cinnamon. Meats seasoned just right.Coconut rice was a surprise delight. Was not disappointed with... More
