We have eaten at Bolero many times since it has opened. I moved out of the country and on a trip back to Calgary I had to eat here. The full rodizio is all you can eat meat with a buffet of side dishes including vegetables, salads, cured meats, stews, rice, potatoes, cheeses ect. The meats are always cooked to... More

Great food here, for meat lovers. All you can eat meat with a salad bar for sides. The brunch is extremely worth it, most of the same meats are still offered, you still get the glazed pineapple too. And the typical omelette station and normal buffet is included! We come to every restaurant in this building regularly.

The service was great right from arriving. So much food to chose from. Servers were very friendly and professional. We requested a specific item twice and both times were served in a couple minutes. The only negative thing I can say is the noise level was a little high. I would definitely recommend Bolero to my friends.

My son choose this for his grad dinner and we were not disappointed. Our server advised us how the food would be served. We were guided to the appetizers and salad section. We had our favorites for the meat but really loved the pineapple glazed with brown sugar and cinnamon. Meats seasoned just right.Coconut rice was a surprise delight. Was not disappointed with... More

This was our first time visiting Bolero, on the suggestion of a staff member at the hotel. We recommend making reservations. The staff at Bolero are very friendly and accommodating. Our server was also the bartender but this did not stop him from giving us great service. He explained how the Brazilian BBQ worked and directed us to the salad/sides... More

They used to be amazing and had all of the advertised items. Now if you are looking to get a specific item, you might be waiting for 30 min. The meat simply is not as good as it used to be and the salad bar is less than appealing now. I am really sad to see one of my favorite... More

Went to Bolero for a work party this weekend. Even on a busy weekend evening, the service was excellent. Our server explained how a Brazilian BBQ works quite well. All the staff bringing around dishes were friendly and engaging. I quite enjoyed the selection of sides - taking the opportunity to try a couple of things I've never had before.... More

A really great opportunity to experience a "mixed grill" on an epic level. We were there on a Sunday evening and all the meats served were rare and well cooked. The grilled pineapple made for a very interesting desert.

My husband and I enjoyed our meal at Bolero. There were a few times that we got meat that was burnt and thus not enjoyed. For the most part, we enjoyed our meal. We had been seated near the kitchen, which would make you think that the servers with the meat would be more attentive, but that wasn't the case.... More
