I went there with my team during lunch time. For my taste the look of the restaurant is too funky and look messy. I might be too old for this type of restaurant. The food is good and portion generous. The parking is very limited and the restaurant do not take reservation. I would not recommend this place for a...

Our family group of eight had dinner here on Saturday, May 4. It was at the last minute because our first choice was not wheelchair/ walker accessible. Diner Deluxe does not take reservations but they did set up a table for us ahead of time and there are no steps at the entrance. However I didn't see any handicap parking...

Freshly baked goods, fresh ingredients, creative recipes, generous portions, lots of menu choices, GREAT atmosphere, reasonable prices. Diner Deluxe has it all! It's a busy place so while you wait in line to be seated, they offer fresh coffee in mugs not paper. These people know what real hospitality is. The decor reminds me of my mom's kitchen, back in...

Wonderful brunch, but expect a lineup on the weekend.
Veggie Benny as good as any I've had: on a soft biscuit, eggs done just right, mushrooms nicely sautéed and tomatoes and spinach cooked just enough to not make it watery. And the hollandaise! Partner had an enormous omelet that was full of stuff and not too eggy. Their "breakfast poutine"...

Had breakfast at Diner Deluxe. I had the pulled pork hash with a side of bacon and coffee. The hash was tasty, I loved the kick from the dollop of whole-grain mustard, and the eggs were cooked perfectly. The Bacon came extra crispy like I asked and the coffee was fantastic.
The service however left a lot to be desired....

Very different dishes including all day breakfast, burgers, sandwiches and entrees. Servings are quite ample. Hubbie had the veal meatloaf and gave it a 5 out of 5. I had 2 eggs over easy with bacon & hasbrowns but the big surprise was the gluten free biscuit so i gave it a 5 out of 5. Service friendly attentive.
Their food is well priced, and the serving size is more than generous. It is fresh (not packaged) hollandaise sauce, and everything is cooked to order. I love taking friends here, and they are always impressed with everything. Watch out on the weekends, as there can be a line up (but they give you free coffee while you wait).
Went here for breakfast one weekend morning to check it out.
We arrived early around 8 a.m. and no line. Shortly after we were seated a line started forming outside, so go early if you can.
Compared to most diners the menu was a little smaller than I was expecting, but what they had was great.
We'd go back again,...

Located in Bridgeland , on Edmonton Trail NE, this restaurant isn't much to look at from outside, and it's lined up every time we go there, but the food is terrific and the service is excellent. The room is small, packed, and loud. If you're looking for a quiet place to talk over coffee on a Saturday morning, then go...
