It's been 5 years since my last visit to Boogies and Calgary. Not only has the City 'make-up' changed, but....also Boogie's. The service was great, but the burgers were just lacking something...."Flavor"! First of all, give me a burger on a real bun, not a ciabatta bun. The burger was good but just lacking in flavor. Will try some of... More

The decor of this eatery is quite out there with its fun, funky, retro atmosphere and its bright colours. It is getting a little run down and could use some sprucing up in the shape of some new counter tops and some renos here and there etc. The staff are friendly for the most part and the food is so so.... Ever since I saw this place featured on "You Gotta Eat Here", I've wanted to go try it out. Went on a quiet Tuesday early evening with a friend. The vibe was cool, lots of interesting decorations inside. The servers were perfectly pleasant. I ordered a Keith's Burger (2 patties, 4 bacons, mozza, cheddar, fried mushrooms, fried onions, mushroom sauce,... More

Took me back to memories of 70s drive inns. Great shakes, vintage video games and wonderfully cheesy decor. Definitely a place to be experienced.

I make it a point to stop here every time I come to Calgary. Best shakes in Alberta, hands down. Just a small old school restaurant with arcade games to pass the time. The staff are super friendly and you can see your meal get made. This place may be hidden away but for value and flavour it is a... More

My friend took me here for supper. It's my first time here and won't be my last. What awesome burgers and much more. They have a great menu and the atmosphere/deco inside made you feel like you were somewhere else. I had a chicken burger, with shared fries & onion rings plus a Strongbow. Can't wait to tackle their creative... More

Everyone thinks Peters in calgary for burgers.... think again! This little burger shop is better! You pop in and order at the front counter and sit back and wait for your food. Its licensed as well so you can have a beer and a burger on a hot day. I had a single cheese & onion rings and it was... More

What can I say? Best burgers ever. Been eating there for 25 years and nothing else comes close. My fave is the Jebbs Doggie Burger with deep fried Mac and cheese bites with a Fat Elvis milkshake. They have the most diverse selection I've seen. Licensed for beer and wine with old school video games it's a great place for... More

Yes an Elvis, the fat one, peanut butter, bananas and bacon. Young Elvis doesn't have bacon??? Besides the funky names of almost everything that they sell, all the food is made with care and attention and really good ingredients. Small little place with several arcade tables, Donkey Kong Ms Pacman etc. Love to eat here, not a fast food place just... More
