I've been here two or three times in the last 6 months, the food and the service has always been superb. It's expensive but worth it. My only gripe with Escoba which seems to be common with these higher end places is the portion size, I like to order fish but you always seem to get about three fish fingers... more

Visited escoba on a Saturday night with another couple, hoping to enjoy a well deserved night out. The restaurant was charming, dimly lit, and cleverly decorated. very expensive, but the one place in calgary I have actually found is worth the ridiculous price (and I am super cheap!) staff is not as knowledgeable about wine parings as I would have hoped, but really friendly. more

This restaurant has never let me down. Warm atmosphere and the service is excellent. I highly recommend the goat cheese pizza paired with a glass of red wine. more
Okay, loved this place when they were in Penny Lane but now - they have found their nitch. Just such good food, service and so nice. Love it, love it! more
