Came here after a movie at Chinook Mall and found it to be a very laid back relaxing atmosphere. We had a very friendly server who did not know the answer to many of our questions we had about some of the meals / drinks however she never pretended to know the answer (which is a pet peeve of mine... Decided on Tango Bistro for a date night, great choice! Very laid back, excellent selection of wines and spirits, fantastic food & top notch service. Enjoyed five plates including the Pear & Gorgonzola Flatbread & each one was amazing. Paired with a great bottle of wine and a relaxed atmosphere. The wait staff were witty, knowledgeable & passionate & really... More

Tango Bistro is well appointed, has a very good menu and beer list. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We were a party of 8 and felt very well looked after. Definitely be back on future trips.

Went to Tango for the first with some colleagues for lunch. The 3 plate business lunch was great. Potatoe soup and beet frites were delicious. I had never had beet frites before. Unique. Mac n cheese was also good. Portions were the perfect size for lunch (lighter) but the prices were value driven. We also shared chicken egg rolls to... More

In the Smugglers complex, this is the place for a good light lunch. Each time I have been there the restaurant only has had a few people. On each section of the menu there is a choice of items; soups; salads or sandwiches for a set price. We chose the mushroom soup which was filled with mushrooms, a little zesty... More

I have eaten at this resurant several times and have really enjoyed it. I love small plates and enjoy having a few bites of everything. If you are the kind of person who prefers an entire plate of food and who doesn't like to share this place is not for you! I think Tango is ideal for date night. It's... More

One of our favourite restaurants in Calgary. Honestly, the service is sometimes a not the best, but the food always makes up for it. We had a guy serve us once there who was particular good. But other times the service was pretty average. The baked brie is great! And we will keep going back time and time again if... More

I took my husband and son to Tango Bistro for brunch, to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was our first time there, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was so good! They have a brunch buffet with lots to choose from. There was an omelette station and lots of desserts. Even crab legs, which my husband loved. We... More

Dined with 4 people and servings were right size to share between us. Modern restaurant, service ok, food was great. Beet fries were particularly nice, wild boar and duck poutine were also good. Overall good value.
