Terrific Saturday brunch

Five of us enjoyed a delicious buffet brunch on Saturday. The food was delicious and the friendliness and attention of the staff kept our empty plates cleared away and our coffees and waters refilled. We will definitely return soon.

The food, the service, the flavour....all wonderful! We ordered four things between two of us and we left perfectly stuffed. The night we were there was bring your own wine night so check that out.

Tango Bistro continues to offer tasty gluten free tapas and pretty cocktails as well as wine and desserts. I think I liked some of the items on their old menu better, but the new menu still includes the baked Brie, and the scallops, and has added a GF gnocchi with pork bits that is to die for. The atmosphere is... More

A group of business collegues decided to try this place during a Friday afternoon with no reservation. The place was packed but the seating hostess gracefully offered us the bar counter. Somewhat reluctantly but seduced by my friend's reviews on this place, we accepted. It was certainly worth it. We selected half a dozen appetizers and a few entries. Each... More

A place to go if you like to share your food, have a comfortable slow pace meal that gives you time to chat and relax. I do find it costly thought, there were 3 of us, with 1 drink each and 5 items - came to 80.00 then add tip/GST and you are at or over 100.00 - remember this... More

We just shared an absolutely enjoyable and memorable meal tonight that we need to rave about. First, the ambience in Tango is warm, open, not noisy, laid back and never rushed, and with a booth, comfortable and intimate. Second, our waiter, Jeff knew his menu items, suggested size portions and kept on top of things, never rushing us nor taking... More

YUM YUM YUM. I love this place for brunch. Its definitely a nice treat once in awhile because it is kind of expensive. Would be nice to go every weekend though :)

We were at the brunch at 1230. The entire selection was dried out. Last time we were here (2 yrs ago) it was much better. Over priced and mediocre to low quality food on this particular visit.

I visited Tango a second time, this time for dinner. I was with a group of 8 friends and we shared a variety of dishes. Our server was friendly and so much fun. He really set the evening off on a high note for us. He suggested dishes and how much of each to get for our larger group. It... More

Great little find for causal date night affair. Look for it as part of the Smugglers building facing Macleod Trail. Sort of a trendy comfortable restaurant/lounge. Menu is pretty much tapas or plates you can share. Not for families but for small gatherings. Stopped by on Monday for "Buck a Shuck", $1 per oyster. Good deal and good oysters. Sampled... More
