Good Value.

I would recommend this restaurant as a lunch spot if you are looking for a good value. For 15 dollars plus beverage and tip. You can have a pretty tasty and fast lunch. Charcut does a good job catering to those who only have 40 minutes to dine.

I took my daughter and her university roommate for dinner. We ordered a variety of appetizers, entree's, sides and 3 different desserts. We were not disappointed with a single dish. The staff are also very friendly and attentive.

Really BAD food!!! We ordered their most famous dishes yet they were so disappointing! I do prefer the restaurant named Saltlik near this one. Saltlik's ribeye is really AMAZING!

We booked at Charcut for a Bachelor party dinner. They were extremely accommodating with our party. We were able to increase our reservation and change timing very easily. The staff here is hip, knowledgable and refreshing. Extremely friendly and engaging. The charcuterie board is to die for! Exceptional taste and quality!!! I ordered the prime rib and enjoyed it, however... More

Anytime I'm in Calgary, I do not miss my opportunity to enjoy a meal at Charcut. It's good, well prepared food at a very reasonable price. I'm never disappointed and always enjoy my meal and the atmosphere. The duck fat fried poutine is a must!

Charcuterie, in the boutique hotel Le Germain, conveniently located in downtown Calgary is truly a cut above other restaurants in this city. The modern decor is welcoming and although there are several tables, there is no sense of being crowded. From the first taste of a charcuterie appetizer board, we knew we were in for a true taste treat. The... More

we had Oysters to start, Unbeatable prime rib, succulent steak, Boar's head bacon mashed potatoes, Poutine and baby brussel sprouts seared in duck fat . Our server knew her way around her customers and that menu . She understood what we were after and acted as our absolute guide. Everything we ordered we loved.

Was in Calgary on business for a week and ate several meals here. Service was impeccable. Everything is locally sourced and made fresh. Enjoyed every single dish. The chocolate gelato was to die for!

I came here for a business dinner and I was blown away. This is not a place to take your vegan/vegetarian friends. Haha. I was so impressed with the service, the amazing cocktails and the dinner. I wasn't hungry until lunch the next day. I don't think you can make a bad choice. I'd definitely go here solo, with friends,... More
