Absolutely Fabulous Food - Average Service

We were a group of eight, and in the end we were all disappointed. It started really well with delicious starters on the house. We were then sold a sampling menu under the pretence that we would get to test most of the mains on the menu. Given the excellent start this seemed like a great idea. We clarified that... More

Went for a birthday gathering with a large group of friends. Food was excellent and service was amazing! Menu is pricy but fits with the more fine dining atmosphere. Many items are best shared as a group.

Went here for the first time and what a great choice. We had a large charcuterie board that has a selection of 5 meats. All delicious. We had several of their in house signature cocktails which were all worth it. If you like meat and liquor, go here!

I go to Calgary on business a few times a year and since I first tried charcut, I won't eat anywhere else really in Calgary. I go solo so I sit at the bar. Amazing staff, amazing cocktails (yum) and awesome food. Go for the steak or the sausage burger (decadent). Really wonderful.

I went to Charcut on Sunday night with a group of 4. We were really excited to try it because I've heard nothing but good things. Unfortunately, it was a really disappointing experience. Our server was really informal, but not in a casual way, more in a way of lacking technical expertise. Wine service wasn't great, and he served us... More

Was here on Valentines day and was still able to get a table. I had the bratwurst and a couple of sides. Everything was great. Menu seems to change quite often depending on what is fresh and available I guess. Prices are not cheap but fair for the quality.

This restaurant is delicious! Their meat cuts are top quality, the service is excellent and ambiance is wonderfully cozy. We had a large group and chose the family style dining and chef's most recommended dishes.... what a unique experience! This is not vegan or vegetarian friendly though.... definitely for carnivores who love top quality cuts!

Well we arrived quite late to meet our friends, they were there for an hour or 2 before us. The kitchen was closing , but they accommodated us & took our order, and it was very delicious.
