Tasting menu

A wonderful selection of food paired with wine. The restaurant has the largest wine cellar I've ever seen, over 26,000 bottles! Their wine list reads like a listing of every fine wine from around the world with a selection of vintages for many.

Start to finish, this was an amazing meal. Excellent service from our waiter. The wine list is unreal - over 28.000 bottles. The tuna tartare in ginger marinade was perfect. We also tried the trio of salmon. The bison carpaccio was out of this world. Portions are perfect too - just enough. I had the BC Halibut, which was expertly... More

We knew that we had booked a "high end, expensive" restaurant, but didn't expect what we received. I had called for a reservation three weeks earlier. My preference was for 7:30 but was told only 8:00 was available. Imagine our surprise to arrive - no reservation in the book. Restaurant more than half empty. Taken to a table ( after... More

This certainly lived up to its expectations. Hands down the best meal I have ever had. I highly recommend ordering the chef's sampler. It is a lot of food, but well worth every bite.

We had a great meal tonight - food, service and atmosphere were all excellent. We started by sharing the heirloom tomatoes and mozzarella salad - it was plenty for the both of us and was delicious. For our entrees, we had the veal tenderloin and the beef tenderloin - both were prepared to perfection. Would definitely come back!

Got such great service, had an awesome waiter, food was wonderful, had the caribou filet and fresh heirloom tomato salad, excellent rolls. Dessert was a blueberry tart of some kind, but it was the least favorite of the meal.

What is not to like about the Post Hotel. We had a lovely room with a real wood burning fireplace which we actually used one afternoon. It was raining all day and a little chilly, so we lit the fire, relaxed and did some reading. The staff is friendly and readily available. The grounds are beautiful and well groomed with... More

We got the steak for 2 people and it was prepared perfectly. Service was excellent and the mountain view is very pretty. They have a huge wine cellar wgich was so I,preside that I took a picture of it. This restaurant is on the expensive side but it was a delicious meal.
