The squash soup with curry and other goodies was worth the money. The soup combined with the warm king crab salad, also pricy made a terrific filling dinner All six of us agreed the rolls were outstanding along with the service and environment. The salmon appetizer got raves but the rabbit was described as okay, " Nannie makes it better... More

Great service and a choice of 2500 labels and over 27 000 bottles...we had the chance to visit the cellar, but also to experience a great culinary moment...don't go to Banff without visiting!

We booked dinner for 3 to celebrate our son's birthday. Service was most attentive. We all ate 3 courses and were delighted with every aspect. They have 30,000 bottles of wine in their cellar! The waiter helped with an excellent choice which matched our various meals. The atmosphere of the whole establishment is a deliberate and successful echo of the... More

Breakfast provided great taste sensation from traditional eggs benny to a swiss inspired skillet. Even options for in house made duck sausage (awesome). Service impeccable, allowed us to come back for dinner even though hotel was full. Some dinners can be pricey, but the food is excellent, huge wine list; in all great value. Can't wait to come and stay... More

We booked a table for 8:30pm and we're glad we did so. The restaurant was packed and the food there is delicious. Me, my husband and two other friends, among all the ordering, the black cod is the best. The salmon is good but nothing surprise us, the lobster dish they put way too much noodles than lobster. We enjoyed... More

We had lunch here during a recent trip to the area. Wish I had known about it before hand because I would have loved to stay at the hotel. Everything about this establishment is warm and inviting. The service was flawless, the luncheon fantastic and the dessert to die for! I wanted to linger over a lovely cup of tea,... More

Stayed at the Post for two nights in July. This is definitely one of my two favorite restaurants in the world. Wonderful food, perfectly prepared, and the staff are friendly and extremely professional. The wine selection is a good as you'll find anywhere in the world. An all around perfect dining experience. Can't wait to go back.
