We booked dinner for 3 to celebrate our son's birthday. Service was most attentive. We all ate 3 courses and were delighted with every aspect. They have 30,000 bottles of wine in their cellar! The waiter helped with an excellent choice which matched our various meals. The atmosphere of the whole establishment is a deliberate and successful echo of the... More

Breakfast provided great taste sensation from traditional eggs benny to a swiss inspired skillet. Even options for in house made duck sausage (awesome). Service impeccable, allowed us to come back for dinner even though hotel was full. Some dinners can be pricey, but the food is excellent, huge wine list; in all great value. Can't wait to come and stay... More

We booked a table for 8:30pm and we're glad we did so. The restaurant was packed and the food there is delicious. Me, my husband and two other friends, among all the ordering, the black cod is the best. The salmon is good but nothing surprise us, the lobster dish they put way too much noodles than lobster. We enjoyed... More

We had lunch here during a recent trip to the area. Wish I had known about it before hand because I would have loved to stay at the hotel. Everything about this establishment is warm and inviting. The service was flawless, the luncheon fantastic and the dessert to die for! I wanted to linger over a lovely cup of tea,... More

Stayed at the Post for two nights in July. This is definitely one of my two favorite restaurants in the world. Wonderful food, perfectly prepared, and the staff are friendly and extremely professional. The wine selection is a good as you'll find anywhere in the world. An all around perfect dining experience. Can't wait to go back.

Dined here recently with my Mother & sister whilst visiting the local area. We were expecting good things but our expectations were definitely exceeded. Friendly, efficient service, excellent food & a lovely ambience. Our server was a lovely Canadian gentleman who was very informative but also told us some great stories! The menu was pricey but the quality of the... More

Not a wrong note during the whole meal. Great respectful service hits just the right note. The meal was wonderfully paced. And the cuisine worthy of any big city restaurant. It was not cheap but it was good value. The whole experience was truly memorable.

Each time I come to Lake Louise, I have to have breakfast here. The Rosti and the Blue Berry pancakes are on the top of my list. The Hotel is a treat, so any excuse to be there is worth while. They should know that they lost a point recently. When I explained to my very attentive waiter how disappointed... More

Didn't stay at the hotel, chose lesser accommodations for financial reasons. But ate at the pub at the hotel twice and both times the food was exceptional. Lake Louise is not much of a town, but the Pub is centrally located and a good stop for a hungry person.

We had the Friday night special of fish and chips - lots of food and very good. Our waiter was very attentive. We did go early and learned from him that it is a busy night because of that special. Would be hard to find had we not read other reviews. Go to the end of the parking lot and... More
