The restaurant was in a great location--a peaceful setting away from the crowds of Lake Louise. The food was just so-so. Not bad, but nothing that you'd seek out if you were in your home town. The problem with Lake Louise is that there aren't many choices, and prices are generally higher that what you'd expect to pay for the... More

Whenever I stay in Lake Louise, my wife and I always go for dinner at the Baker Creek Bistro. We love the restaurant's setting, the excellent food and the efficient service. It's best to reserve as the restaurant can get quite busy and the nearest restaurant is 15km away!

Food was average. The server was not very knowledgeable. We sat outside on a beautiful night. I thought it was expensive for what you get. The menu was also very limited favoring game.

We were late for breakfast and the kitched closes up between breakfast and lunch, so we decided to hang around till lunch. We ordered the Angus burger which my honey said was the best burger he had in a while. And I had the Salmon burger which was also very tasty. My salad unfortunately was not washed well and had... We were driving along the Bow Valley Parkway and came upon this cute restaurant. I can't say the pizza was close to any we get at home but we loved the beer and ambience. It is a very homey little spot.

The restaurant has a nice rustic feel, our server was very friendly and obliging. Both my sister & I had the steak which was scrumptious (I find myself craving it now) the vegetables that came with it were quite tasty. My husband & brother-in-law had a halibut special and they enjoyed it immensely. I got the chocolate mousse for dessert... More

We had a wonderful dinner out on the deck. The appetizer salad with citrus and smoked fish was terrific. The mussels were ample in a tasty broth. (Asked for more bread to enjoy more of the broth.) The smoked trout in a horseradish sauce on pasta was very different and quite tasty. A bit heavy on the horseradish, but quite... More

The quaint bistro was a relaxing piece of quiet after dealing with the outdoor mall-like crowds at Lake Louise. I had the salmon burger and while the pistachio spread that came on the burger was something I would have gladly eaten with a spoon, the salmon itself was under seasoned. My lentil vegetable soup also could have used a little... More

We enjoyed our meal here. The food was very good. The prices are high, but this is an isolated area. The service was very friendly.
