Our family enjoyed this dinner 2 nights during our stay. Our server Jarrod was extremely welcoming and knowledgable about the menu and wine selections. We requested him for our second night. The first night we sampled appetizers and fondu offerings and we're pleased with everything we were served. The 2nd night we all had soup, salad, and the AMAZING spatzle.

Our tour company arranged an unique dining experience for us at Walliser Stube Restaurant located within the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise resort. This restaurant offers a Swiss menu with Wiener schnitzel, pork chops, trout, veal, lamb shank, beef filet and roast chicken. But we tried Walliser Stube's specialty which is fondue. They have a nicely packaged fondue special, currently priced... More

Had a surprisingly delicious steak at this restaurant. The service was great. Next time I want to try the fondue that many others were dining on.

Really-they allowed us to have strawberries mostly and the chocolate was great. I suggested to the waiter that they make their hot chocolate with this all over the resort (rather than Hershey's syrup-which I think is a less than average cocoa)

We were very happy with our dinner here. I ordered the cheese fondue with truffle mushrooms and my husband ordered the bison and beef combination fondue. We had fun sharing these delicious fondues, and we cleaned up the pot of cheese. Our server recommended the Mark West pinot noir which was a delicious pairing! For dessert we indulged in the... We ate at the Walliser Stube twice during a five night stay at the Fairmont, and there is a reason for it, the food is excellent! We shared a cheese fondue the first night for an appetizer, which was super yummy, however, be careful, it is really filling and a very big appetizer even for two. They do half portions... More

The restaurant has friendly helpful staff and the most amazing fondue meal ever. Our meal started with cheese fondue with truffle and pieces of chunky bread, then a choice of Bison or beef and steamed veges. Absolutely yum, then Chocolate fondue with fruit and marshmallows. I say to everyone have this and you will not be disappointed.

This restaurant is pricy, but worth it. The service is excellent and the quality of the food is very high. Despite the fact that we were staying at the hotel at the height of the holiday season, we were served promptly and attentively. We had a great evening.

This was the second time we have eaten here while staying at the Chateau. The previous occasion was about two years ago and the experience was about the same. A great concept, but the execution needs work. After my sister, her daughter, my wife and I were seated for our reservation, we sat for about 15 minutes waiting for someone... More
