This hidden gem can be found in the Samson Mall Village in Lake Louise! It's in a very understated area, between the public toilets and souvenir shop! The decor is worn and old- and somewhat disconcerting on first impressions but our waitress was warm and attentive and our outlook into the snow covered woods was the rose among the thorns!... More

I'v been there a couple times with friends (as "the local" and me being new to town) just for a drink and a game of pool and was ok. Just don't ask for anymore than that. I made the mistake taking my friends that were visiting there for dinner. Then started by placing an order and the barman replies "what... More

Let's start with the entrance. You head upstairs in a stairwell that seems more suitable for a public swimming pool than a restaurant/lounge. In fact, you sort of start doubting yourself as to whether or not you entered the right door. My friend and I ate in the lounge portion and it was nothing to right home about -- pretty... More

We found this restaurant on our first evening in Lake Louise. The entrance is quite displeasing, and the restaurant is very simple itself. The food is average, and yet very expensive. I do want to say that the waiter was very nice, and very accommodating.

ordered a blt and mushroom soup. bacon was extremely hard and dry, tasted like microwaved leftovers from the day before. I don't even know how to describe the soup. it did not look good and definitely didn't taste good. I took one bite and didn't go back. service was quick, probably because we were the only people in the restaurant.... More

Let's start by saying there really isn't a great deal of choice in Lake Louise and the entrance hardly gives you an impression of salubriousness but once you are seated the service is normally attentive. This place get's very busy and as such does become rather noisy (I appreciate that is the fault of the clientele rather than the business)... More

The food was tasty, but just average. Unfortunately, every table is under a blowing air conditioner vent. Also, when the tour bus arrives, it gets REALLY loud in their.
