The wait staff is extremely attentive, the food was excellent, and the views from the oversized windows makes it a very memorable meal!

We had been up the mountain on the gondolas and as part of the deal, were due lunch when we returned. The great views and sighting bears was tempered a bit with the food in the lodge. Although we were down well before service was due to finish, there was little choice and no apparent concern many guests were being... More

We had the buffet breakfast on the ride and dine offer ($5 off per person) which actually made it cheaper than just buying a gondola ticket on its own. Buffet could be nice, but they obviously need a new chef, quickly!! The eggs were very rubbery and overcooked. Bacon was burned and lacked flavour, sausages cheap and poor quality and... More

Bought the dine and ride the gondola package. Came with out 5 young kids. What a absolutely disgraceful place. Staff mostly couldn't care less about the lack of food. No selection. Place was filthy. No selection. When asked about chicken drumsticks they kept fibbing us off that they were still being cooked. With an hour of service still mostly no... More

After you arrive at lake Louise make sure you have proper shoes and attire on. Climb up high hills and rocks ledges to steep sections with curves and backs . Not wheelchair friendly or for disabled. Great for the hikers at heart. When you arrive at the ten peaks you have a tea house which serves soup to sandwiches or... More

Had some fantastic and great value lunches. Be a bit like Coco Chanel with the dress advice - think what you are going to order, and then remove at least one item. The portions are that big.

Mass produced food and impossible to find seats at lunch time. Expensive but I guess skiers are a captive market

Buffets are always hit and miss, but the food was good, at $3 per person with the lift ticket, excellent value. Do not buy a cappuchino or expresso! Worst coffee ever! While claiming to be "Starbucks" it was clear the young lass on the counter had no idea how to make expresso coffee. Wait until you get to the first... More

We ordered a tuna melt sandwich. We the watched the Chef, who prepares food in front of you, place a fillet of raw chicken on the work top with his bare hands, spray It with some oil and place on the grill. And then without washing his hands, place a bread roll on the same surface, cut it in half... More
