Having been told that we could not eat in one of the main dining rooms until 9pm we decided to make do with a snack. we were in the brasserie for about an hour and a half and enjoyed our drinks and food, delivered with great professionalism

We arrived early but were seated straight away. The menu is not extensive, usual fayre of beef, lamb, pork and fish dishes. We opted for bison bourginon and had just a glass of wine as the bottles were so expensive. The bison was delicious and tender, the sauce was very good, with mushroom, onions and bacon, the meal came with... More

We enjoyed the buffet, Good quality, with a nice selection of choices. We did have to wait for about 15 mins for a table, but the food was good and hot (which isn't always the case for a buffet).

We had a la carte and the young man that served us excelled with the service. The breakfast itself was also very good

We enjoyed the hot and cold buffet here before out big hike. We had a née server who was very helpful with advice for the Lake Agnes Hike. The food was served buffet style, tends to be a bit pricey but tasted good.

At Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise the Food was good, the kitchen food runner was great.. Server lacked training & the server next to us as well... Yep! & other slang words ( I wouldn't even use in a small town diner) the people beside us wouldn't understand, they had minimal English. They had a 3yr old who constantly walked around... More

Our party of four dined at the Poppy Brasserie during our stay at the Fairmont. Given the iconic nature of the hotel and the description from the check in staff and the concierge of a true French Canadian dining experience, our expectations were high. The layout and the decor of the restaurant was fine. The staff were friendly but seemed... More

You cannot see the lake when you dine here, making it much less crowded. Nevertheless, you will enjoy the casual atmosphere and food. French onion soup was delicious as was the hot roast beef sandwich.
