Outrageously expensive + poor service = stay away. This is one of those places that arrogantly takes advantage of its location by gouging customers with high prices while delivering poor service. The food is displayed like the Crown jewels until you buy your sandwich or muffin and discover that it is not fresh. The service is abysmal, particularly in the... More

So many times when one is travelling a Deli is perfect for that light breakfast of yogurt and fruit or coffee and pastry - Here at the Fairmont Chateau lake Louise quite unexpected we were offered this and thought it was great . Food options were excellent for either breakfast/brunch or lunch tho we only went for one breakfast .... More

Though the setting is beautiful and the staff is friendly, the food is a let down. The sandwiches look great but are stale and old. The soup is average at most. Don't get your wife pull out the divorce paper after making her eat here. Haha. The hotel has some great options though in return.

I really like the Gluten Free options were clearly labelled. My husband wished there was something to indicate the lasagna had spinach in it.

The food from the deli is fine and average for such a café. It is very well priced which accounts for the popularity when compared to the main restaurants in the hotel. One has to wait for a table and seats, but worth the wait.

A good dlie with a good selection of food and desserts. Gives you a chance to have a light meal when you have been to a lot of dining rooms on your trip. Prices are fair and range is good. Limited seating without a view.

We stayed at the Deer Lodge but ate most of our meals at the Chateau Deli. A great selection of items to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We enjoyed soup one night then sandwiches and great coffee the next day. Limited seating as lots of people use the deli, guests of the Fairmont as well as tourist but... More

On a recent trip to Lake Louise, we had occasion to visit the Chateau Deli twice -- once for breakfast and once for lunch. For breakfast, I had a very good breakfast sandwich, while others in my party had bagels, yogurt, etc. The breakfast food was very good but the organization of the food line was very poorly thought out,... If you don't have time or money for the restaurant, try this. It is self service, not elegant, but the food is good.
