This place is great. Staff are always happy. If they don't have what you are looking for, they run down to the kitchen and get if for you

I was in Louise Snowboarding and decided to go for a coffee with my friends after our time out. We were surprised how good the coffee was as well as how friendly the staff were who provided us with great service and so decided to return the next day. Unfortunately I left my phone outside the shop the next day.... More

Finding a reasonably priced meal in Lake Louise is a challenge. Sorry guys, but $20-30 a head for breakfast is just not reasonable. So we found the Trailhead Cafe, and had a simple pastry breakfast and picked up our picnic lunches for our daily hikes here. The prices are reasonable and the line moves pretty fast.

I live nearby and after a long hike was craving a sandwich. The young man at the counter was friendly and efficient but the young woman preparing the sandwich was anything but and should not be working serving people. I was patient when I saw her preparing my sandwich, one of several, so when I politely asked her if this... More

Some of the best coffee on our trip some far. The staff knew what a flat white was....!! The wraps were excellent, cooked fresh on order. (Plus bacon cooked fresh) As strange as this seems they also had simple plain hot black (not scented in any way) tea.

All we wanted was a coffee although the menu and food items looked appealing. However, the cappuccinos had a very unpleasant flavour and we couldn't drink them.

Lived in the lake for seven years and trailhead was always a go-to. I stopped in today, and as always, it was excellent. Fresh coffee, delicious elk stew and great service!

Enjoyed my wrap with feta , tzatsiki and veggies and Aussie servers friendly. Only suggestion is could Vegemite & toast be on menu?!!! Local store only sells marmite which is nowhere close!

We went here today for breakfast having seen it recommended on a local leaflet. My husband ordered eggs, bacon and hash browns, it was dreadful. Avoid at all costs
