Great Lunch Stop for Lake Louise and surrounds

We were directed to this lovely little place during our trip in August 2014. We stopped in on at least 3 different occasions. The wraps are tasty and hearty. The apple / cinnamon muffins are awesome. Coffee is pretty good. I stopped in again whilst up n the mountains during my unexpected trip... read more

This little cafe offers a reasonable variety of food but does not fulfill the menu board's promise. Service was a bit slow and our food was not well presented and a bit bland. If one is hungry it will fill a hole. Going over the menu was mouth watering, but eating was disappointing. Price reasonable.

The staff didn't smile and were far too busy engaged in their own conversation. When my partner ordered from the window they offered to heat up his calzone which we had to ask about 20 minutes later in an almost empty cafe, only to find they'd forgotten about it in the microwave. Finally served it and it was still frozen.... More

Stopped in on way to lake Louise Grabbed bagels and some of the dishes out of the cabinet. If we were simply rating bagels then it would have gotten 4-5 star, however ordered items out of cabinet we waited 20 minutes and had to remind staff about the order. Food was served frozen and we had to request money back.... More

My friend and I were checking out the website prior to coming. We then narrowed down what we wanted for breakfast and for planned lunch. But when we beat the rush line-up on a Saturday morning (Ice Festival started), we found only quarter of the menu was on the board. None of the ones we were planning to order was... More

While on a dog sled tour in Lake Louise our tour guide recommended that we stop at the Trailhead Cafe for lunch and a warm drink. I'm so glad we did. Our made to order wraps, grilled cheese and coffees were all very satisfying. The only downfall is that it is a small place and seating was limited when we... More

I love the trailhead and whenever i an in lake louise i grab a wrap or two. The staff are friendly and very well trained. Sometimes it is very busy and spilling out the door on a weekend but this is understandable because the food is so good and its quite quick so i don't mind the short wait. Keep... More

Based on TA reviews, popped in here to pick up a picnic lunch for our drive along Icefields Parkway to Jasper. Fab - huge wraps, made to order and really tasty, which actually saw us through 2 lunches on the go!

Popped in for breakfast and we had a tasty breakfast bagel and cappuccino. A friendly welcome in this small café and the menu looked fab. (No wifi though but who needs it in this stunning natural part of the world?!)
